The worst kept secret in sports is the Steelers retaining Mike Tomlin

Sears tower and Sam were right again!

I think there is a potential misconception on possibly 2 fronts.

1st: Are there really all those people on every zoom call? I could see who is really, actually on a given call changing - ie, only the really necessary people being on the call for a Johnson, a Vrabel, a Joe Brady, etc interview.

2nd: Even if there are a bunch of people on each zoom call, that all those people actually participate. I have been on more meetings than I care to remember where there are shit ton of people on the call, but only 2-3 people actually do or say anything. Don't get me wrong, still not a great look. But, I would expect all of those 'extra' people to just be listening and not talking.
3rd:

Bears tho

Raiders will go after Ben Johnson with open checkbook
Money can only get you so far. Maybe Johnson is only in it for the money. Everyone know the Raiders situation is worse than the Bears and in just as tough as a division. Least with the Bears he has a young QB to work with

Worst part of this is not losing Johnson, it’s that they will give Minnesota a high 1st and future picks for McCarthy. That’s the worst part.

Won’t fire him, sure… but I’m betting they'd listen to trade offers.
I’ll give them a 7th rounder to not call and inquire about a trade.

Yeah, imagine how much it would suck to be a fan of a franchise that makes the playoffs almost every year and wins a Super Bowl every 7 years or so.
Tomlin’s a has been. Sorry you can’t pick up on that.

Yeah that would suck for the NFC north (beside Min). I think that would be pretty stupid of Vegas to make that trade. Giving up that much for an unproven QB coming off a season ending injury. The new HC would absolutely have to love him.
