And what about all the other franchises who have openings right now?

The other teams are not sitting there with an asset like Caleb Williams who desperately needs the very best HC money can buy.

Let’s be honest it doesn’t matter who the Saints, Jets, Raiders hire they are going to be bad for a while. The Jaguars could make a case but Lawrence is what he is at this point.

One franchise is bending and breaking every rule they can to get their guy while the other franchise is worried about swearing. Bears are not a grown-up NFL franchise. Crazy to get wang whipped by the Raiders too, just shows how far they’ve fallen.

Yeah and that franchise is only doing it for the fun of getting the big name. They have no immediate future and probably won’t have one until Mahomes retires.

No Poles
No Warren
Also alignment with a GM, possibly one he has a part in choosing. You seem awfully upset about another individual getting to choose his own future.

If Caleb Williams is the future star that people believe he is, shouldn’t HC candidates be knocking down the Bears door to be hired?

Like 50 people have wasted their time interviewing, so yea, what do you want? An Alan Williams FBI raid of HC’s storming the facility?

Has Ben Johnson been linked to any DCs?

Curious after the Ron Rivera interview. Wondering if that would be something the Bears would want to do for Ben, pairing him with a former head coach to help out on the defensive end...

Goff was a throw in with zero expectations.

Yea, a throw in who had 4700 yards and 32 td's without being on the lions.

Goff was a good qb already. This is just what happens when you put a good qb in an absolute perfect situation.

Absolute best case scenario would be what remy posted. Get ben johnson and pete carrol as assistant HC + DC. No shot of happening but its the wet dream hire

They got a pretty good DE last I checked too.

So why would an offensive coach want to go there for one good DE?

Their defense had less sacks, less pressures, and gave up more points than the bears shit defense.

That offense lacks talent all over it outside of brock bowers. Meyers is a good #2 but they need help everywhere.

Only way i see BJ go there is if davis throws an unreal amount of money at him, which can happen. But at that point why wouldnt he take the cowboys? Jerry would prob pay him anything he wants too .

Davis family have been as bad of owners as the mccaskeys. There are a ton of bad owners in the NFL.

That stadium is packed with opposing fans every game.

So basically just money and tom brady giving him a handy. If he goes there he's not as smart as we all assumed, passing on coaching caleb, trevor and jayden daniels for Aidan O connell.

All the reports of what johnson "wanted" are just bullshit. No one knows truly what he wants.
You calling someone stupid.
