Eh, if he wins a title then job is done at ND. Contract is 9-10m which is wjat MacDonald got last year so give him 11-12m and you probably get it done.Luckily he probably won’t leave anyway.

Better to hand it over to Ryan Poles I agree.Yea, this was in reference to the Raiders approach really. Handing the keys over to a totally inexperienced guy... driving up the Brinks truck, letting him hand pick and and control everything... that's massive risk and more desperation than anything. A good franchise wouldn't need to bend over backwards like that. It's trying too hard. Don't get me wrong, Ben is my preferred choice, but that type of power should be reserved for someone who has proven themselves and undoubtedly knows what they are doing. He's not earned all that.
And if that doesn’t do it for you, here’s the GM that drafted Velus Jones and claimed other GMs were calling him and cursing him out for stealing their guy!In one interview Tom Brady is asking who he needs to fire and hire to make Ben Johnson feel like he can win for the Raiders.
In the next Liz Geist is badgering him about why his name on Zoom doesn’t have (he/him/his) at the end.
LolAnd I was talking about Brady.
Lol he isn't smart enough at all. He left his pregnant partner for Giselle. He just gets a pass for being white.
Had no idea that Thomas Brown interviewed for Vrabel for the OC gig on Tuesday. We talked about Vrabel for our HC with TB as his OC on here.
I don't know how you think Vrabel wouldn't of been a good choice. Besides J.Simmons and K.Byard he never really had a good defensive team to have a top defense but he has picked good OC choices when with Tenn with M.Lafleur and A.Smith.Its cause his first choice was tommy rees.
No clue why the love for vrabel was so high, guy never really ran a top defense and his OC options would have been suspect.
Id much rather have mccarthy than vrabel cause at least you know the offense and caleb would succeed.
Has there ever been one report of money being an issue?
The issue is always ownership, poles, etc.
Rooney Rule is a jokeHad no idea that Thomas Brown interviewed for Vrabel for the OC gig on Tuesday. We talked about Vrabel for our HC with TB as his OC on here.
I’m sure you think that’s really clever, but you’re pretty simple minded and ultimately I’m sure people that matter would more likely than not disagree with you.Better to hand it over to Ryan Poles I agree.
Yes. Several if I remember correctly
How the dominos will fall will be interesting. CHI like BJ and MM, but the Saints like MM and AG. Seems like BJ will be the key to trigger it all.
Lions just need to lose today so things can start moving. How the dominos will fall will be interesting. CHI like BJ and MM, but the Saints like MM and AG. Seems like BJ will be the key to trigger it all.

How long have you been a bears fan?Sort of feels like Poles is looking for someone with an established HC record, if he can find one that’s suitable. If I were in his shoes, I’d be reluctant to roll the dice with an OC/DC-type hire, too. Carroll, as a bridge HC to get the ship righted, seems like an option that’s being seriously overlooked here…
They were supposed to interview Brian Flores today. So they should be compliant.Do we know if the Bears, Raiders, or Jaguars are Rooney rule compliant yet? It would be organizational malpractice for the Bears to not have gotten this done by now in case Detroit loses tonight.
You don't think if they lose, it just might increase Ben Johnson's chances of staying one more year in Detroit?Yep, and they very much can.
I'll take a week of jayden daniels glaze vs. having to wait another 3 weeks for ben johnson to just go to another team
