MacDonald was highest last year at 9 million so higher than average for first time HC.

Yeah I was saying McDonald was highest last year and Ben higher than him so yes Ben's is higher than average which is what he asked. Didnt mean McDondald's was average.

If they are giving him 6 years at 13 mil he will be here for a long time regardless of team success. If he fails he won’t be tossed in 3 years (2 and a bit) like Eberflus and George paying him 40 million for nothing.
