The subject was Eddie George was a RR interview, and it was shameful how the Bears handled it.
Your argument was that Eddie satisfied the Rooney Rule but was not just strictly a RR Interview and that they interviewed less known and less qualified whites.
My argument is that Eddie is strictly a RR interviewee, and it is a shame that we continue to allow this to happen.
Does this seem to be a pretty accurate? If this is what you are arguing then I am fine with going down this rabbit hole with you, but if you want to

I would imagine he waits out the year similar to Vrabel and Belichick. He will do some media or become a consultant and not be under contract so he can sign as a HC before the next post season ends.
