LMFAO. I mean he repeated "it is exactly where I wanted to be" like he spent the whole flight trying to memorize his lines. Let's be real that is not why he was hired and none of those people were actual players.
Idk all you have is hersay, per usual, which continues to be wrong. Any anonymous reports to link?

I am defenseless. Take your weapon. Strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side will be complete!

Imagine being so triggered that I posted media reports that you still going on about this.

I am excited Johnson is a Bear sir and look forward to his turning around this team. I hope you can move on from your bitterness and enjoy the moment. The internet isn't that serious.

Bring back the Honey Bears Ben!!!
Probably added it to his contract. Suck it Virginia.

Ben Johnson's List of coaches are leagues above what Eberflush was bringing.

Eberflush
1. Luke Getsy 1st time OC. Sucked ass here in Chicago and Las Vegas.
2. Alan Williams Sucked ass as DC in MN. Also resigned because of some allegations that never was said.
3. Chris Morgan probably the worst OL coach Ive have ever known in my life.
4. Hightower a meh ST coach. Probably 2nd best in this staff.

Johnson
1. Dennis Allen Successful DC and has HC experience.
2. Fraley one of the best OL coaches in NFL.
3. Rizzi Really good ST coach

LMFAO what words and what accountability? He hasnt even spoken to the team yet.
Your tone makes me think that when Ben Johnson opens his mouth, the entire roster is going to jump up from their seats and proceed to pummel the sh!t out of Johnson. What are you even talking about at this point? What argument are you trying to make, other than "See? I was right"?

MM doesn’t guarantee shit. That where your argument completely falls apart.
MM guarantees CW will be developed correctly, now there is no guarantee that CW will turn out great vs bust. But that would be on who CW is as a player vs blaming the OC/HC

MM won't "ruin" CW
BJ we are rolling the dice that he won't "ruin" him.

"Guys, I didn't say that I believed the anonymous media reports that I posted....I was just showing you that such anonymous media reports existed...."

I am not making any argument. @SugarWalls is trying to make some weird point that has nothing to do with what I said. I dont recall ever claiming Johnson cant handle himself in front of a fawning crowd of non players.

The concern about him was how he deals with players and adversity. Think the season needs to happen before that can be addressed.

Until then, I am happy the Bears got their guy.

Disagree. Johnson has already done very well dealing with the adversity from these anonymous 'media reports'. He hasn't quit yet!

On a side note, do you remember when the season happened, and the Bears lost to the Seahawks 6-3, and you were still trumpeting Thomas Brown to be retained as Bears OC? So I'm not sure if you have the ability to address anything at this point.

Is this report of his ability to deal with players and adversity based on anything tangible or just hearsay? I mean the lions were 15-2? Like how much adversity were they facing? I’m sure you have some stupid nonsensical article to point to about how he can’t handle it or is it pure speculation?

Looks like the Jets are hiring Aaron Glenn as HC. I wonder how that might affect the Lions' coaching poaching.

Isn't it annoying when people go on and on (and on and on) and won't let things go?
