I don't think Fraley locked in by any means. He has a 2nd interview with Seattle for OC and Detroit can block any move less than OC. It could be really good, but definitely not certain yet.
I agree. I honestly don’t even think he’s ready for an OC position. And when I say not ready, I don’t mean he can’t fake it until he makes it. I think he knows some but he wasn’t fully involved in play calling or OC duties. I think he needs a bit more involvement with play calling and or even be a run/pass coordinator. But with Johnson calling plays, I wouldn’t mind making Farley the OC, but his main focus would be the O-Line while learning as we go from Johnson, when it comes to play calling and OC duties.

No, they just gave up 38 points and forced one punt.
Yes missing about 12 players. Their defense will be fine if they load up on it and stay healthy. McNeil is damn good and Hutchinson is top tier elite. Being average would be good enough for them BUT they can’t cover for Goff choking every January.

Pats continue to shock nobody. They're hiring Josh McDaniels as OC for a third time.

I don't think Mike McCarthy is a bad HC, nor do I think Josh McDaniels is a poor OC.

But damn, I am glad I don't have to see either of them on the sidelines for my team! Cringe. Total cringe.

he is a great OC
He looked good with Brady, as did every single other OC who was with a team at the same time as Brady.
Not one has looked good at any other time. Maybe O'Brien looked good, but was never the great coach the media wanted us to believe.

Ok I think the guy who actually has developed a QB in the past would not forget how he did it.. But maybe your right.. By the way, who has BJ developed again?
It has nothing to do about BJ. It has everything to do with what you’re saying about MM. if he was a guarantee at any of those things you said, he’d be the hottest coaching candidate of the century and he’d never be out of a job

Rizzi also not locked in. Supposedly a half a dozen teams were showing interest in him before the Bears even announced the Ben Johnson hiring.

If he's offered the OC job both here and Seattle, I think he'd for sure pick Chicago given his relationship with BJ. The only way he picks Seattle is if they offer him a lot more money. I think he either stays in Detroit or comes here.

I’ve made a ton of great posts and have been right on a whole bunch of shit that wasn’t popular with the fanbase. Sorry I’m not here to play in the bears echo chamber of praise

Lol literally @Anytime23 in the above post:

I don't want to speak it into existence, but since Dennis Allen has coached with Dan Campbell, why is Detroit not being talked about as a possible destination for him? Maybe since Johnson has reached out beforehand to join his staff. Just hurry and get 'er done!

Disagree. Johnson has already done very well dealing with the adversity from these anonymous 'media reports'. He hasn't quit yet!

On a side note, do you remember when the season happened, and the Bears lost to the Seahawks 6-3, and you were still trumpeting Thomas Brown to be retained as Bears OC? So I'm not sure if you have the ability to address anything at this point.

Cool story.

Is this report of his ability to deal with players and adversity based on anything tangible or just hearsay? I mean the lions were 15-2? Like how much adversity were they facing? I’m sure you have some stupid nonsensical article to point to about how he can’t handle it or is it pure speculation?

Most media reports are heresay so not sure your point. This seems to be a trigger point for you. We will see how things turn out and I hope he does well.
