What's the freaking plan in Jacksonville now?

What a terrible process.

My guess is the 3rd option coach was like I want a new GM and Khan finally did it.

I thought we had weird YouTube content guys but I just watched a Lions guy literally barf on air and then just keep talking like nothing happened. Dead serious.

Any word on an OC for us yet?

For the record I would be fine with Thomas Brown acquiring this mentorship position, with Ben Johnson surely interested in playcalling himself.

Or Pep Hamilton, or whoever they pick is going to be learning and taking a back seat.

Giving this to a minority is far more effective than following the old dictates of the Rooney Rule.

Whoever it is will not receive much credit however, at least at first. I really see it as a paid mentorship/internship and Thomas Brown is perfect for it as he isn't over or under qualified to be a back seat OC.

He looked good with Brady, as did every single other OC who was with a team at the same time as Brady.
Not one has looked good at any other time. Maybe O'Brien looked good, but was never the great coach the media wanted us to believe.
He made Orton, Cassel and Mac Jones look good.. so no it's not just Brady

It has nothing to do about BJ. It has everything to do with what you’re saying about MM. if he was a guarantee at any of those things you said, he’d be the hottest coaching candidate of the century and he’d never be out of a job
Cowboys didn't want him to go.

But his problem is he is not great in the playoffs, but he is a fantastic reg season HC and has actually developed an elite QB so for the Bears that's pretty attractive option.

We have BJ so no worries, as long as he can develop a QB then all is good.. if not then In 4 years we will be looking for a new HC/QB..

Actually we will draft the QB in 3 years and stick him with a HC who is on the hot seat and fire the HC in 4 years.. rince and repeat.. we will also probably have a new GM in 2 years and again in 5 years.. dont want lol
