Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay aren’t coming to Chicago either. Caleb is radioactive.Doesn't have to be KOC, there's a few coaches that would be worth trading for.

Their OL is good and they have good weapons + a running game, no?
They should have fired Eberflus after two. Act decisively and admit your mistakes that's the best way to do things. That sounds stupid considering that Kraft just fired his HC after one year…
WTF are you talking about? They should have fired Eberflus after two. Act decisively and admit your mistakes that's the best way to do things.
The Bears are going to fire Poles one year too late when they're forced to fire him after next year.
Poles has no clue what he's doing and shouldn't be allowed to make this hire.
Johnson won’t want the:Openings right now:
Bears
Patriots
Saints
Jets
Possible openings:
Jaguars
Raiders
Cowboys
Giants
There's gonna be a lot of competition out there.
Out of all of the available coaching hires, which coach has both a Super Bowl win and CFB national championship win on his resume?? Only 1 - Pete Carroll.
I am all for that guy. No guesswork involved. No hoping the next hot OC will be a success instead turning into Matt Nagy or Brian Daboll. This guy IS a Head Coach. No “on the job training” needed.
If we get 3 good years out of him — and he is slowing no signs of slowing down — but if we can get just 3 good years where he roots out all the cancer and instills winning ways in Halas Hall —- then he will be well worth the hire.
And don’t be surprised if we win… and win big, along the way.
Agreed. On one hand you hear that coaching candidates will be interviewing the organizations just as much as the orgs will be interviewing the candidates.Jags will be the only other attractive job for an offensive minded coach that has options. Johnson goes there or to the Bears. As of now, I don't believe a single report about Johnson's preference either way.
He looks a hell of a lot healthier then Any ReidJust gotta hope he really still has that energy. He would be an ancient hire. More likely to collapse on the sideline than win anything in this division.
Chris Ballard getting the Marv Lewis treatment.
Colts staying the course.

They say 70 is the new 60… and new 50 depending upon whether you are into fitness and eating right. And there are guys 40 who when they die, get examined and are found to have the bodies of 65 year olds.Just gotta hope he really still has that energy. He would be an ancient hire. More likely to collapse on the sideline than win anything in this division.
Why are you trying to flip the script from the obvious two points I made?WTF are you talking about?
You said you, as a HC, would rather tie your wagon to an organization that just fired their HC after one year. Do you know how dumb that logic is?
As much as this forum loves to troll about Maye... this actually becomes a similarly interesting job imo. I think a guy like Johnson can see a nice QB and also pairing without needing to turn around an organization known to suck for over a decade, in a tough division.
