Again,

IT'S THE SCIENCE AND LAW OF THE UNIVERSE.

I'm repeating a foundational law of the universe. Yes, it makes me right.

Your body chemistry does not operate outside the laws of the universe.

I'm not sure what's unclear about this.

This really isn't about my diet or my healthy physique... its about coffee.
after all we know about the health benefits of MCT Oil... why is it different to put cream in your coffee vs unsalted grass fed butter?
ITS NOT. so you add MCT Oil and voila! You have the perfect concoction for maximum fat burning brain stimulating energy!

You actually don't.

Please present the peer reviewed scientific research for this.

Snake Oil.

Excess calories from any food can be stored as fat, but some foods convert and store more easily than others. Conventional dietary fat (LCTs), on the other hand, have the same chemical structure as body fat, which is why excess calories from conventional fats are very prone to being stored. Since MCT oil is processed by the liver, it is immediately burned to produce energy. For this reason, it is believed that MCT's have very little tendency to contribute to body fat stores. Thus it is a good way to provide fats in the diet which can be used to support activity or growth without contributing to stored body fat.

not going to tell you to not do that.
I've done it before and I'll do it again.

here's a study on MCT oil. it is not snake oil.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2874191/

Did you even read this study. All it says is that it's not worse than olive oil.

also from the study:

MCT consumption had no effect on glucose or insulin concentrations. This is similar to the observations of Hill et al. [4] in their overfeeding study with MCT and soybean oil and in a 12-week weight loss study comparing MCT and rapeseed oil/soybean oil consumption [28]. An early study by Yost et al. [29] also found that MCT consumption, at a level of 77.5% of total fat intake for 30 d, did not lead to reductions in fasting glucose or insulin concentrations in type 2 diabetics. It therefore appears that MCT consumption has little impact on glycemic control.

Also, we did not assess food intake as part of this study
Food intake is pretty important when discussing weight loss claims..no?

All this study says is that MCT is not worse than olive oil in terms of cardiovasuclar health.

That's it.

Your study on olive oil directly contradicts the bolded.
