trust me.. i could never starve myself. EVER! I need healthy fats and sweet potato carbs to be happy. :)

"Excess fat can’t be blamed on insulin, carbohydrates or the Loch Ness Monster. Gaining body fat comes from taking in more calories than you burn. Anyone who can prove otherwise will surely win a Nobel Prize in physics for disproving the first law of thermodynamics. I am unaware of that particular Nobel having been awarded."

Sometimes I eat like 3000+ calories a day and I walk like once a week. I should be a cow.

Pretty simple Mary,

Disprove the first law of thermodynamics.

Once you do that your claims will have a basis.

We all eagerly await you winning the Nobel Prize.

my body is the proof.
I'm not eating disgusting processed pre packaged fats.
I'm eating natures fats and a lot of them. enough that I should weigh at least 300lbs according to your science.
But I don't.
SO PROVE ME WRONG!

LOL at "my science"

IT'S THE SCIENCE AND LAW OF THE UNIVERSE.

It doesn't even work for him.

He's trying to argue he consumes 3,000 calories a day and burns less than that and loses weight.

It's not scientifically possible.

its already been proven that I'm a woman dodo...
and NO I do not believe it will work for everybody at all.
But it works for me. And I'm not kidding around when I talk about the calories I consume.
If you don't want to believe me thats ok. It goes against everything we were taught in school and conventional science so I do understand that its hard to accept.

I have once request of you and it's not that you try bp coffee...
just please don't develop a lame internet crush on me.
Thank you kindly.

never said this. if your health is in really bad shape you probably would need to ease into this kind of thing. Every one's chemistry is different so, yes I agree with you.. it is not for every one. Please don't put words in my mouth. thanks.

I guess you think if you repeat your posts enough times it will make you right. OK.

Again,

IT'S THE SCIENCE AND LAW OF THE UNIVERSE.

I'm repeating a foundational law of the universe. Yes, it makes me right.

Your body chemistry does not operate outside the laws of the universe.

I'm not sure what's unclear about this.

No. because if I consumed half of the calories I eat from processed foods I'd be a baby elephant.
So this doesn't add up.
A lot of people think fat makes you fat and calorie intake is the be all end all... but I'm proof that its not.
Processed foods bread unsaturated fats.. that's when you better start counting calories and get on that treadmill.
