HS dropout. Best decision I ever made. No sarcasm.

Almost a couple of years of mechanical engineering but I got bored. Decided to buy a business and get married. Been a good life.

I never went to college. I am, however, a janitor that cleans the most prestigious technical college in the world. I am a genius, although you wouldn't be able to tell by my demeanor. Also, my best friend is Ben Affleck.

I'm personally just about to go for a degree. I'm 23 so I'm late but as BNB said above me, shit happens. Going to Devry.

I went to DeVry graduated in 2009 (worst possible time)... CIS is the best field you could do at DeVry for a career (I have 3 friends from DeVry who were in CIS and they all make 80k+ now [part of that is just good networking / luck / self development]).

DeVry in general has gone downhill a lot over the last decade as they became a very greedy corporation (They've always been for-profit, but it seems they use to care mroe about peoples education whether than just the dollar). I was in their business program also taking some classes to get an IT background..I thought the first two years of the program were good... had 15 week courses... halfway through, they changed everything to 8 week courses and suffice it to say, I really didn't retain much knowledge in any of those 8 week courses. Professors had to literally rush through everything and there was little enjoyment to be had in any of these courses. 15 weeks was long, but at least I was learning shit. So I hope you can do well at least.

24. Should have been done by now, but shit happens

Who gives a shit (I mean that in a good way)? I received my undergrad when I was 28 and my masters when I was 38. I had a good union gig from 19-25, and that paid the bills. Once I was laid off I decided to finish my undergrad in Electronic Media.
Moved to Chicago in '04 and started my MS in '08, then decided to go for the MFA in Digital Cinema in '10.

Oh, and our work is expanding. Anyone with an AV background that wants/needs a change hit this up:

LOL. I have a degree in broadcasting/editing. I wanted to be a video editor, I could just never get my foot in the door. I also tried getting into radio production as I worked with that equipment too, but again, foot outside the door. Eventually, I just got too old with no real experience.
We may be hiring a Video Technician soon. I know we're hiring one at our AZ campus (full time).
