I don't say this to be a **** tug or anything, but the Cubs really don't deserve a whole lot of credit.
Zambrano was awful and the Sox let him off the hook. Cubs offense is kinda meh and its been injured all season. I'm not saying the Cubs lucked into a win, far from it, I'm just saying the shitty Sox are shitty and know how to not take advantage of winnable games.

Right. But if the Sox offense wasn't so pathetic, they might of chased him after 4 or 5. And its not just because its the Cubs or anything, and I realize that isn't what you're saying at all, but its just the Sox MO since the second half of 2006. Letting pitchers who are having off nights get a way with a win. Sox offense also can't beat lefties, junk ballers, pitchers we've never faced before, etc.
