But even so Thomas was still hitting a 125 OPS+ those two years.

now add that he changed leagues and you have what you have this year. he will probably suck this year, and become better next year.
also frank thomas is a hall of famer, as dunn is probably not.

Well my point was sort of that Frank Thomas was a much better hitter. Hell even in his down year it could be argued he was better than Dunn.
The second sentence does spark an interesting question though. Is Dunn a Hall of Famer?
