No reason the Sox don't win out this home stand. We have the favorable pitching match ups the whole series against the Cubs and then its 3 against Washington.

That said, Sox will probably drop 2/3 from the Cubs because its a must-win and very winnable series, 'cuase the Sox tend to break down when they have a good chance to do anything positive.

Probably when you said "Thanks for showing how gracious Sox fans can be in defeat". When you say "Sox fans" that implies all Sox fans. If you didn't want to do a general statement something along the lines of "most sox fans" would of sufficed.

I thought the can was enough of a qualifier to imply that it didn't apply to all Sox fans, but next time I will be more clear.

you cannot compare levels of teams nl VS al. put the sox in the NL central and than talk to me when they are playing shitty NL teams.

I agree that you cannot compare across leagues, but let's be clear here there are plenty of bad teams in the AL with more than one being in the AL Central.

Second of all, did I say the Pirates are better than the White Sox? I merely pointed out that I was told to STFU because the Cubs had a worse record than the Pirates. I think it was more than fair to point out that the Sox have a worse record since apparently having a better record than the Pirates is what entitles people to have an opinion in this thread.
