Anyone find the original press release for Marmol's extension back in 2010 or so? I don't remember his no-trade clause. This is maddening

I remember him having one, but if it isn't in Cot's like you said, then that is weird. He only has 7 years, so it isn't 10/5 either.

I'll say this, I don't like the over exhalation of Theo in general, there are some moves that I do question.

Largely for me I believe in his process with the understanding that he's going to miss at least 50% of the time. This move I think would be a big positive because SP's are generally more valuable than RP's, and in this case Dan Haren is considered a more valuable asset than Carlos Marmol.

A lot can happen. Haren can blow out an elbow. He can pitch horrendously. Etc. Etc. But, I think they both pitch at about a league average rate, give or take, and I'll always take 160-180 IP of average over 60-70 IP of average. I think most GM's would too.

So whos personality are you today? CO? Hawkwriter?

I don't try to mimic anybody actually, my posting simply evolves over time, doesn't change on a bipolar day-today basis.

Why not try to focus on the trade instead of your obsession with hating certain posters and how dense you think they are. At least some of your posts here actually relate to the team and sport and it is a sport you actually care about in this scenario, so I have to give you credit for that.

I seriously don't remember this mythical NTC they're talking about. I think this is something I would know and would be prominently talked about, but it's like it just appeared out of nowhere

there are though some real dense fans and sometimes when they are all on I get frustrated. I will post my dense-o-meter here for further ref.

CO: 100% dense- max agitation for me
JNTG: 80% dense- Agitated
POODSKI: 100% dense- max agitation for me (see fukudome better than quentin) thank god he isnt posting here
Waldo: 10%
Dabs: 40%
Rubio: 5%
Rice: 3%
You can be pretty frustrating as well. Declining velocity might become Youk is done when it is all said and done.
