And they are 7-0 against the Mets. Point? The Cubs aren't one of those beat the bad teams struggle against the good teams. That is the Dodgers.

ok...not what I am speaking of but hey, go with it. IJPH is.

I know your point. You say make all mlb one because the NL this year has worse teams. But, then you tried to take a shot in the dark and say the Cubs were playing even with teams over .500 which wasn't true. Now, you are trying to peddle thats not what you said. Either way, the NL has 9 teams under .500. The AL has 8 teams under .500. The NL Central has 3 of the 4 best teams in the majors. You can try to twist it or make some point but in 4 out of 6 divisions the Cubs would be leaders. Also, give the Cubs a DH and watch how many runs would score.

My favorite teams

  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Michigan Wolverines
  2. Purdue Boilermakers
I never said anything about teams over .500 you did.

No, I didn't, but you certainly implied it.

But it helps to pad the wins column. The Cubs are one of the upper echelon teams so they split with the better teams and clean clocks with the weaker ones. The AL has parody where the NL has that part missing.

Regardless of how you slice it Brett, you're completely wrong.

For the last time, I said nothing about over or under .500.

Put the Cubs in the AL and they are under .500 at this point (1 under on the season). Not that it matters.

The record of the teams under .500 for the AL is 61 games under .500, the NL 135 games under if my math is right. Again, I don't care about the .500 teams at all, but the good NL teams benefit by having awful teams in the league. The numbers scream that.

I implied nothing. You chose to make a strawman. That is on YOU.

Wrong about everything you tried to imply. It's ok Brett, I know you make a habit out of backtracking, but you tripped over yourself this time.

Make up any story you wish, I am still here and I am asking what I am wrong about. You saying "everything" says more about you than me.
