They wouldn't have gotten anything substantial for him in a trade anyway. Everyone knew he overachieved in the first half of last year. He was still fat and out of shape, it was only a matter of time before he became garbage again which eventually he did.

A Cubs game Ramon Ortiz started and Starlin Castro isn't is a game that is at best only meant to be half watched. I actualled turned Deigo on for my kid to watch because I don't care that much. BTW Jeff Baker left the game early. Blake Dewitt took his spot in the lineup. I mean this team is a .500 team at best when healthy but this is ridiculous how much we've gotten hit by injuries.
