Todd Coffey is hilarious

Yeah. Living in Maryland as a Cubs fan, :shot: me, I go to a lot of Nationals games, including the one last night. They have a thing on the MegaTron called "Coffey Time". Last night, his time was like 12.93 from the right field bullpen to the base of the mound.

We had seats that were literally right above where the Nationals' relievers run out in the right field corner. Also, you get a great view of the right fielder. One time, Jason Bergmann was throwing with the Nationals right fielder. The inning was about to start, and Bergmann, on his way back to the bullpen, tossed me the ball. They really are good seats, and we got them on StubHub yesterday for just $9.00 (original retail value: $36.00)

you can always count on that when the games are meaningless.

Does it ever get old using the same tired lines that has been shown to be wrong with multiple examples of Aramis performing in meaningful games.

Let's talk about 2007 shall we. I posted before his numbers when the Cubs were claiwing to win a crappy central team. He in no small part carried this team into the playoffs that year. Yes he had a bad six games at the worst possible time but it is crazy to say that a player doesn't perform in meaninguful games based on 6 games.

If the entire argument was about the playoffs' you might have a point. But read what Dewey wrote. It doesn't say he didn't perform in the most meaningful games. It says you can always count on him to perform in meaningless games. I've shown numerous examples of how he as performed in meaningful games. If Dewey wants to say he doesn't like ARam because he choked in the 07 and 08 0ploayoffs I wouldn't be arguing this but what Dewey has consistently said is that ARam only piles up his numbers when the season is decided up or down. That is why the 07 examples and 09 stats are crucal because they directly contradict what Dewey has said about him.
