Though in all seriousness, Bennett possesses the ideal fun-loving personality to diffuse tension that often accompanies Cutler into the huddle. Four seasons with the Cowboys watching Tony Romo interact with Jason Witten taught Bennett the value of rapport. If Cutler buddy Brandon Marshall provided stability, Bennett can supply levity. Any Cutler-led offense needs both.

This exactly the stuff about Cutler that gets me. WTF does he know about what it is like in a JC huddle, or how it compares to P Manning, Brees, or Brady huddles. Worthless hate writing to perpetuate the persona they don't want to let die.

What was so great about the thread was that on Pg 8 I told the pricks in lewd language to STFU AND they did !!! Then later, on Page 11, I think it was, a new hero of mine showed us all how to IGNORE each of them on a seperate link !!!!

I like Trestman's thing about having practice early like this, when it's cool and players aren't going to be slowed down by the heat (not that it's hot this weekend anyway but generally it is in July and August).

The first thing Bennett did that disappointed me was not mention Dez Clark, I loved that guy. Oh well, I'm sure it wasn't an intentional jab at him, probably just trying to think of a recent TE on the roster.

doubt he even knows of him..dez is a hero to us but a player that goes under radar to others outside of beardom
