FINALLY got the raid boots to drop for my Warlock after countless tries. Just gotta level them up and I'm finally level 32.

I'm gonna run through Hard mode until I get the Crux and Word of Crota then I'm done with it. It's just not fun at all. Especially right now as a 31.

Really wish they'd add another difficulty level to VoG when the next DLC drops. VoG is still the better raid, IMO.

I agree with the last statement, especially since I like playing the vanguards. I've done one of the raids with some buddies and I didn't care for it.

VoG is tool long for my tastes. I can run through Crota in like 30-40 minutes with a good Raid team on hard. Although if we are just talking about having to do it once or twice then yeah VoG is better. I just can't stand having to do that thing every week

So since my last post, the game has finally picked up in regards to gear. I'm now running with all legendary or exotic gear and sit at level 30. Now, I just need to keep doing dailys and weekly strikes and stories to get the special energies to upgrade the stuff I have since doing raids are time consuming and I need my buddies to be on.

Looks like I'm getting border lands till the next DLC where more of my buddies will be playing it b

Xur is selling MIDA! Its just as awesome as I hoped. Has a hidden perk of staggering enemies. It's a beast. Also bought Obsidian Mind to replace the one I had, which only had 48 intellect and 68 strength. This one will have 71 intellect and 66 strength. Much better.

Only need Hawkmoon, SUROS, Dragon's Breath, Truth, Last Word, Nechrocasm, and 4th Horseman to give me all the exotic weapons. Still have 11 more exotic armors to get, but I'm not really worried about those.

I have the MIDA (though got mine through a loot drop) and I like it. I still want to get an icebreaker, which of course he's not selling anymore.

Finally snagged a full time M-F day time job so I didn't get to do much until Friday. Saw Xur was selling Dragon's Breath (which I didn't have) but decided against it because I have Gjallarhorn and Hunger of Crota, and because I wanted the Don't Touch Me gauntlets and some exotic shards. I then took my Warlock and solo'd the Nightfall and was rewarded a Dragon's Breath. Funny how this game works sometimes.

Big patch came out today. Set a lot of framework for House of Wolves. Added vault space.

On bungie.net they have a timeline of upcoming news releases and for next Wednesday they posted this picture:

That's the Fatebringer Hand Cannon, a Vault of Glass Hard Mode loot reward drop for beating the Templar. VoG gear and weapons have been stuck at the pre-Dark Below stats. That picture shows the attack of the 300 Fatebringer changing to the House of Wolves max attack of 365. The picture's URL says "upgrade.jpg". So finally, it seems as if we'll be able to upgrade old weapons (and possibly armor) to the new max stats. A 365 Vex Mythoclast, Vision of Confluence, and Praedyth's Timepiece? Awesome. It'd be nice if this upgrade expanded to the old vendor items like Shadow Price. And obviously the current Dark Below raid weapons too.

Also the news has come out that the House of Wolves DLC won't have a "raid". Instead they'll have a new Arena in the Prison of Elders that uses a three man fireteam.

Trials of Osiris will finally be coming too. And that gear looks incredibly awesome:

I haven't played in a very long time, I can't stay I've missed it honestly because I don't take advantage of a lot of the multiplayer stuff but I'm afraid when I get back into it, I'll fall right back into playing way too much.
