I don't see how Keith doesn't win out of this bunch. Which also means his Hall of Fame ticket gets punched.

We were talking hall of fame yesterday.

Like how toews could retire at 27 and probably be a hall of famer.

I'll spare you guys the plug for our site, but I scribbled some stuff the other day about how Toews and Kane now belong in the same breath as any other great tandem in history, whether it be Hull & Mikita, Gretzky & Messier, Richard & Beliveau or Trottier & Bossy - or any other great duo for that matter.

While it's all fun and games in the moment of watching the Chicago Blackhawks win, at some point it's nice to take a step back and realize this aggregate of players is simply the greatest in the history of the franchise. And we should appreciate these players, because they don't come along every day.

Too bad Toews and Kane don't get more time on the same line together... hah.

Hull and Mikita never skated together at even strength. If the Hawks can get an NHL center for a year while Teuvo seasons in Rockford to play between Sharp and Hossa, I think Q will let the 29/19/88 line wreak havoc all next season, health permitting.

He almost has to win against the other two. He's just as good defensively but is more dynamic offensively.

This sounds like a no brainer to me.

Pietrangelo got snubbed in my opinion. Chara has no business being a finalist in my opinion.

I would be surprised if Keith did not win considering his offesnsive numbers, +/-, number of takeaways. People are all talking about how he didn't play against other teams top lines which does raise a good point, but the bottom line is he has the best numbers and has already proven before that he is one of the most elite D-men in the game. The guy was out their 24 minutes a night so its not like he was drawing easy competition.

Overall I think Keith is the most deserving.

Keiths a devastating blueliner and its not just bais speaking. When Keith is at his best as he was this season once again? No one touches him in this league and it has very little to do with who he plays with. You don't get that full package player like Keith very often. His skating, his outlet passing, the way he searches for strange rebounds with his point shots, his brilliant smack talk, the way he eats up minutes, his stick work behind his own blueline (which is under rated by asshole Hawk fans who still keep saying he's weak in front of his own net), and his character...oh his character. Those who don't think he is a team leader? better check that thought again. There is a reason that he will walk away with his second Norris trophy. Guys fucking awesome. Just awesome.

Yeah Pietrangelo should've been there, but he'll get his chances, he may end up a multiple Norris winner when his career is done.

Yah it's too bad Bouwmeester was actually the better all around blueliner on the Blues this season. Maybe he should have got the nomination before Chara or Pietrangelo? Guy even took 3 faceoffs this year and was 75% lmfao.

I kind of kid and I kind of don't. Bouwmeester actually did have a great regular season but yah Pietrangelo probably deserved the nomination. Nice number of blocked shots and take aways for Pietrangelo something that gives me hockey boners esp blocked shots. Hes a hell of a good blueliner and yah will have his award in the future I am sure.

Suter should be nominated and win before Pietrangelo sniffs one

Wouldn't argue against that.

Guys been under-rated since the "weber carries his ass in Nashville" which we have seen not to be the case since they have gone their separate ways. Suter is a pretty damn big cog in Minny.

But dick fans will still believe it.

Actually, Giordano got robbed worse than Pietrangelo did. God help the world if he actually played for anybody good.
