Every Fields sack against Green Bay, for the “geniuses” that are saying that he “held onto the ball to long”

Today was a global failure across the board. There is a lot of football illiterate on here that think just one player is responsible.

Time to throw is from the snap, until the defender first contacts Fields, in the process of the sack.

You can see the time stamps on the fucking video, in case you’re confused about how long a second is.

Sack at 0:39, low snap, Fields has to drop his eyes, and bend over to prevent a fumble, by the time he gets upright again, the pass rush is already in top of him. Tries to step up, and Van Ness sheds his man and sacks Fields from behind.

Sack 2:50, sacked in less than 2 seconds

Sack at 4:53, sacked in less than 2 seconds

Sack at 4:45, gets hit in less than 2 seconds, breaks free and tries to step up, interior has already broken down, leaving no pocket for him to step up into, and gets sacked immediately .

Sack at 10:35, gets sacked in less than 2 seconds.

Is less than 2 seconds to throw, considered good pass protection?

All sacks came with Fields trying to “tHrOw FrOm ThE pOcKeT”

It doesn’t matter if it’s Williams, or Tom Fucking Brady. With this offensive line, and the play calls, any QB is going to fail.

Watching EVERY SINGLE FUCKING SACK and I can’t put a single one on Fields for “hOlDiNg On To ThE bAlL tOo LoNg”.

Terrible.
I have always been telling people this but thank you for taking the time to break it down like this

Yep. Switch Fields with Lawerence today. How would he look? Probably worse
Why is Lawrence the guy people always bring up? When have I ever mentioned Lawrence except in the Tankathon thread?

Don't you get it? He just needs to throw the ball before the snap!
Basically. And “MoAr DeEp ShOtS”. Forget about a rave happening in Field’s lap off the snap, dude needs to be throwing down to receiver 40+ yards downfield, in a second or less. Totally doable, considering the Bears’ wide receiving corps all run sub 1 second 40’s

I can't believe people are actually bickering over this shit like it matters. The fact of the matter is Justin Fields time in Chicago is likely over. Whether you agree with it or not.

if you combined the powers of Joe Montana, Dan Marino, and Peyton Manning, I don't even know if they could be successful in this offense
You need Dr Who, so he can travel back in time to make the play before the offensive line shits itself

Both DL and OL got dominated today.
This is more on the HC than fields.

where's slants? where's play action? where's the #1 rushing defense? why were dudes totally in place to make tackles on Packer players but they just slipped right off them?

maybe Fields is done with the Bears, but the other some near 20 players were pretty suspect.

I love how people watch a QB get killed by an unblocked lineman up the middle and immediately blame the QB.
And made throws when he had time. Also running game was non existent and defense was letting GB walk down the field. No 3 and outs and GB didn’t punt today.

So you think that Williams could operate in this offense, and behind a line, blocking like this?

If the Bears take Williams, and don’t address the play calling and offensive line, you are going to be sorely disappointed.
Exactly and Williams is smaller than Fields.

19 points and we would have a win.
Really with the Bears defense? 🤣 Did you see how they played? I think GB wasn’t playing serious.

Over 400 yards offense. GB ran the ball more because Bears d couldn’t stop Aaron jones.
