Anyone here from FL visit around Marineland? If so, there's a place called The Matanzas Inn that I ate at years ago while visiting a former girlfriend. The place is right on the water and next to a huge oyster bed. They picked, cleaned & steamed oysters by the bucket and it was fucking delicious.

Booker's crab shack in Calgary, that place is damn good and awesome! It's a New Orleans type place with wicked seafood, ribs and chicken. There's a special called the garbage lid combo. It actually is a garbage can lid and it comes loaded with deep fried goodness!! If you're on a diet and trying to lose weight, you better pass!

Near St. Augustine?. Never eaten there, but the town is one of the few spots I really like on the east coast...much nicer than Daytona.

I don't know if you will know what I am talking about...but right around there on A1A (between Flagler and St Augustine), you go over this bridge. It is sort of like an inlet looking thing with a bunch of beach all along the perimeter. Also a sandbar kind of out in the middle. Lots of people out there with boats partying it up looks like. I've always wanted to stop and hang out there for awhile...but never have. Usually if I go through there I am on my way up to St Augustine and trying to get there.

Edit> Pretty sure this is it....Matanzas Inlet

Daytona blows. I am less than a half hour away and practically never go there. New Smyrna Beach is WAY better.

Now that I am looking at the map, I am pretty sure it is right next to what I was talking about above. So this is pretty much a done deal. I've always wanted to stop at that beach anyways, two birds with one stone. Maybe even this weekend if the weather is nice.

Edit> Looks like high 70's and little chance of rain. Awesome.

Sorry man. I wasn't even trying to make it a CBMB vs. CCS thing...I think we've moved past that point and things are running fairly well in the Bears forum. But there is still a splinter group of ubiquitous morons that taint the forum with their stench, and I guess I correctly or incorrectly associate those people with the failed CBMB. Its like how if a player on the Bears screws up, he is immediately associated with the Jerry Angelo regime.

splinter group? so now this forum has a splinter group?
taint the forum with their stench? you smell a chicago sports forum on the internet?
and it all leads back to chicagobears.com messageboards?

and you call that crazy?

Every now and again I'll conjure up a most exquisite feast, a creamy butter taken from enriching peanuts mixed boldly with the juice and pectin of the finest grapes.

If I were a mod I would totally censor this. I'm so glad I'm not. :woot:

Horse meat is a delicacy in France and is very good for you. It's not like I'm asking if anyone has eaten their pet dog when they got too old:rolleyes:

Pet dogs are a delicacy in North Korea. Not sure about how good it is for you. Probably pretty lean and high in protein. Although it may do some damage to you emotionally.
