I would bet they still win the AFC North next year. They will re load with more draft talent. This isn't the fall of the Steelers

Not so much of a fall but more of a gradual descent into mediocrity.

NFL Free Agency is on the 11th (negotiating period). Last year, the Allen Robinson signing happened on the night of the negotiating period. So Monday is when all the action will begin.

So that's when teams and players can only agree to contracts verbally right? Actually signing players comes like later in the week i think?

All big deals will be wrapped up during the negotiating period tomorrow.

Right but what i was asking is that i thought there was the first period of free agency that teams can make verbal agreements but can't actually sign until like Thurs or Fri or something like that?

The legal tampering window opens tomorrow. Deals can be made official on Wednesday.

Okay, i knew there was a period where they could talk and then a few days later they can actually sign contracts. Probably won't see much from the Bears until at least Friday unless Pace shocks us all and figures out a way to get at least one of the bigger names or re-signs one of Amos or Callahan.

No, not really.

Yep. He benefited from KC usually having a big lead so all he had to do was focus on rushing the passer--as well as Houston on the other side.

So the Raiders just traded Kelechi Osemele and a sixth to NYJ for a fifth. Pretty much a pure salary dump.

Supposedly Ian Rapoport said on TV the Bears and Packers are in on Mark Ingraham. Not sure I'd really like that signing.

Ah yes let's go get a 29 year old power RB to replace our 24 year old power RB

Ingram is a good pass catcher though unlike Howard. Wouldn't mind it on a 2 year deal or something short.
