I'm surprised there hasn't been any rumors linking M.Forte to Miami. They're not bringing back L.Miller from the way it's looking and A.Gase had high praise for Forte so it just seems like a good fit. Maybe they're going another direction. I think i heard D.Martin's name linked to them not too long ago.

I would think Forte has a short list of teams he's interested in, and the main criteria is "can possibly win a super bowl in the next two years" obviously he needs those teams to have interest in him, but Miami is a long way from being Super Bowl contenders.

No big surprises so far, based on what's being reported at least. Bears and Trevathan is a no brained. Pretty obvious for a while Jackson was going to be to pricey. Bears looking at the 2nd tier d-lineman(who really aren't that much worse then Jackson) and looking at bargain players around the defense.
