They were announced yesterday though. Dalton couldn't even sign until today. Announcing and paperwork are different

Honestly, this could be a very opportune time to enter free agency with the supposed huge salary cap increase coming.

I want to know how Pace or at least Nagy weren't fired. the only reason they made the playoffs at 8-8 with no future was by beating shit teams they should've lost to in order to move up in the draft (wouldn't have helped anyway as I noted in another thread, the AFC has the top 5 market cornered still apparently) ... leave it to Bears ownership to weigh this as an achievement though.

Waiting hurts more. Your good players are a year older and worth less if want to trade them. And the gm is already pushing the cap in future years into cap hell. Just wait until he makes a few trades involving future draft picks. You fire someone when you figure out they stink ASAP
