Sounds awesome. I am on a tagine timeout ever since returning from Marrakech, ate for a tagine every lunch and dinner over and again.

Btw, if you’re thinking of vacationing in Marrakech, don’t bother. There are some cool aspect to it, but worldwide there are countless places that IMO are far more desirable.

I was gonna ask u where the dried fruit was until u slightly mentioned it at the end. Dank recipe tho. I imagine the sweet potatoes makes up for the lack of golden raisins or dried apricots.
Sometimes I add it, sometimes I don't. But yeah..the sweet potatoes add a nice sweet balance to the savory. Especially with a bit of cinnamon. I dig it both ways.

Seriously though - for you chili guys out there who want something different, give this a try. It's basically a Moroccan chili.
