I'm actually with DDF and SP94. This thread ran its course a long time ago. No amount of facts, stats, comparison, video, context, records, quotes, etc will sway these guys into acknowledgeing that pippen was better than what he was able to show.

Id have more respect for a lot of you guys if you'd just come out and say you don't like pippen. The saddest part is that as a bulls fan, I've had conversations with other fans and they tell me pippen never really got the respect and credit he derved from his teams fanbase. And its sad

You guys even go so far as to pick on him. You'd think you guys would be happy that as bulls fans SP94, DDF, and I have been able to present information. That would indicate that under certain circumstances, he'd be ranked a lot higher. I've had similar conversations with laker fans (who are the worse) and even they come off a certain stance that they started on after certain inforrmation is presented. But not the bulls fan that frequent this website. And that's the saddest part. When the outsiders are more willing to concede a pov than the supposed fans.

Yes I agree that Kobe has been far more superior in the scoring catagory, but that has been Kobes roll and what Phil has asked of him.....Kobe has been the Jordan of his era.
But that does not mean Pippen hasn't been as alltime great at what he did in the roll he was in..that's all I've been saying....And I feel Scottie was a franchise caliber player.....He just didn't have near the same opportunity with all eyes on him.....Kobe wouldn't have either if he played nest to Jordan.
That's my stance on the issue ...
