I take some pretty strong meds to sleep. I tried OTC, diet changes, meditation, more exercise. Nothing worked. I used to go weeks sleeping 1 -3 hrs a day and then just crash, it was awful. So much better I can get usually 4 hrs str8 and 7 hrs overall. I always wake up, but then use breathing/meditation to fall back asleep without needing another dose. It's been a long road..
Most look at me and my work ethic and can't believe I struggled for so many yrs when I was younger.
Anyways, just to share, where I work, they evaluate salary annually and just got a 6% raise (they call it an equity evaluation raise) 2 months before my merit which I know I will kill (probably another 3.5-4%) on top of my 10% bonus which I graded out at 130% of base bonus...

And one more share: 20 yrs ago, I was renting a room at a POS house and about to lose my job with a vehicle that didn't run, crazy amounts of child support owed and not a dollar to my name.
Since then, found out my issues, remarried the same person that divorced me and have been making it up ever since..
