Judging from the classes we have to take every year about harassment and what not, I'd say that they'd have an issue with that. Hostile work environment or something like that.

It is hard. I think that since I can be so sensitive that I think I'm going to hurt the feelings of others when I'm direct when in reality, they'll just take it on the chin and move on. I always think about how I'd feel if I were being told what I'd like to say before I say it, causing me to be overly-cautious when communicating with others.

Remember that whoever is hurting you is coming from a giant bias.....they are them. The way we interpret, judge, and criticize is usually more about us than the target.
