And when he’s inducted into the HOf you’re going to be so mad you pretended to be a Lions fan just because a bears fan was mean to you 😂
Will that be before or after "The GAWD" JF gets inducted?

Congratulations to the Lions for getting to the NFC Title game in the worst conference in 30 years. It only took historically weak QBs in the NFC for you to finally choke away your one chance at getting to the Super Bowl.
Worst conference in 30 years? How do you breath with your head so far up your ass?

There's three teams in the top 12 teams from the NFC in the final DVOA rankings that means there were 9 teams in the AFC and 3 from the NFC amongst the top 12 teams in the NFL.

The bottom five DVOA teams were all in the NFC. The AFC is far more dominant than the NFC and it's not even close.

The NFC was a mess and the Lions took advantage. Be proud that you won double digit games for the first time in 10 years but try not to get too far out in front of your skis on your success. Oh wait you have that's why you're here. Here to talk shit the first time in 10 years after getting wrecked by the fans on this board.

Have you had a look at the 2024 power rankings?
Have you looked at the Vegas win totals?
Oh wait, your an idiot that isn't even liked by Bears fans.
And a chickenshit that won't make a bet.
Nevermind.

Ooooooooh the power rankings, one man's opinion instead of something based in a statistical reality.

Not sure what 2024 power rankings have to do with the Lions one year of success in a decade in 2023 but here we are.

Last I saw, Chicago beat Detroit 28-13.

Stick to relevant facts instead of punching down when you are trying to talk shit.

When is the last time you beat GB?
Oh sorry, still, "punching down".

Oh, yes, Chicago was in last last year. It is a pity, then, that Detroit suffered such a humiliating defeat against Chicago.

How is it that in the best season Detroit has had in your entire lifetime, and Detroit was embarrassed against to the team who ended up in last?

Nah, not punching down. More like a really weak slap from a jackass who has yet to connect a point A to a point B.

Ryan Poles has been handed a winning lotto ticket as an NFL GM. Two years of #1 overall, plethora of cap space, not having to rush into an QB cuz of Fields and one of the highest touted rookie QBs of all time falling right in his lap. Not even Ryan Pace could **** this situation up. If the Bears are not a perennial playoff team and viewed as a SB contender year in and year out then Poles should be banished from the NFL
He wasn’t handed two years of number one overall picks. He has the number one overall pick this year with a top quarterback prospect available because of his own shrewd trading.

The trade he made last year was nothing short of brilliant. Ryan pace isn’t making that trade.

If McCarthy becomes a good NFL quarterback, it's an indictment on Harbaugh for underutilizing him throughout this college career. I'd be very surprised if he succeeds, but we'll see. Always a crapshoot.
I sure would like to see Indiana football miss use a QB to the tune of 27-1, two appearances in the college football playoff and 1 national title.

Which of McCarthy’s 27 passes during the entire playoffs were your favorites?

McCarthy was a good college quarterback for a particular purpose, but they clearly didn’t win because of McCarthy.

You keep saying 27 passes while also making reference to "the entire playoffs" you do realize there was another game in the playoff. It's not like he played two games and only had 13.5 pass attempts per game because his coaches didn't trust him.

But since you seem to be focusing on the Alabama game ( 27 Passes ) how about touchdowns, those are still good things right. I know I like them.
He threw three of them. Let's start there. I know it's only half of what Miller Moss ( USC ) threw against Louisville in the Holiday Bowl, but Alabama's defense was pretty dam good last year. Oh, and Alabama didn't have ten defensive starters skip the game and go into the transfer portal like Louisville's defense.

Side note:

Once you realize that there was a second game in "the entire playoffs" and start claiming that he was underused because he only threw 18 passes make sure you scroll down a little. If you do you will see Michigan was murdering the Huskies to the tune of 38 rushes for 303 at 8 yards per carry and 4 TD's. Please tell me who, at some point during the game, is going to stop midway through that massacre and think "Hold on here, I think we need to be a little more balanced on offense. We gotta start throwing the ball more."

He underutilized a player whilst winning a National Championship? Interesting.

My dude, he completed 27 passes during the entire playoffs.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying the guy sucks. Actually, I think he was a good college quarterback. But he was very underutilized, probably because the coach thought having him throw less made them more likely to win.
