I decided that tomorrow I'm going to the Urgent Care and getting it taken care of. I have a trip to Paris in a month and I have to get rid of it right, I can't risk it flaring up just before my flight and trip. Thanks for all your advice guys, and Urblock feel free to lock up this thread.
