I'm all set my boys. The female doctor who did the I&D procedure would have been a good candidate for the hot or not thread. I was leaning towards hot until she started squeezing the boil to get it all to drain out. I kinda wanted to slap her. But I'm on antibiotics now and they are sending out a culture to be tested for MRSA and whatnot.

There was a pile of bloody gauze on the table when she was done, quite impressive the stuff that came out of there.

BTW, it wasn't on my ass...it was just above and to the right of my tailbone. I didn't even have to show her my butt. Too bad too because I got a nice one and it probably would have gotten her wet.

I couldn't tell because she put a numbing agent on it. She didn't wear safety goggles so maybe it didn't. But from seeing the bloody gauze it sure flowed like molten hot magma.

But being serious glad she is having it checked. Boils are a type of staph infection and can stay with you your whole life if not identified and treated. And anyone who has never had a true boil be thankful. This aint a fucking zit we are talking about.

BTW....Did she have to pack it with gauze when she was done? That is the true test of whether it was a real mans boil or a sissy's big zit.
