well i usually eat 2 times a day now with late unhealthy snacks... i need to get back into breakfast..... back in me glory days of training n being in me top shape.. i was eating 5-6 times a day. but i was also training like a professional athlete for no reason other than to get in the best shape of me life.

Same here. My schedule was also consistent so I had a consistent workout time. I love working out in the early evening, prior to dinner. Don't have the flexibility for that anymore, and I seem to have a rougher time working out early in the day.

doing a pic a week fer 52 weeks .. dunno if ill release anything.. or if there is an end goal for that material other than a visual for meself..

Great idea. I'm probably gonna steal it and do the same.

yeah i gave up working out when the kid was born nearly 5 yrs ago.. my routine at that time was more for maintenance.. that turned into here and there sporadic workouts.... that turned into just sex and golf.. followed by some bag work and my golf retirement.. dont golf no mo..took up too much time.. i felt selfish..... followed by death of the punching bag and then just walking aka wobbling to the park wiff da kid and the occasional push ups becoming the routine..

steal me idea.. im sure im stealing it from someone im sure.. just dont know who..

my end of week one looks like the start..im coming to end of week two and it will look da same as the beginning too.. im just starting slow.. im old and feel it.. its why i went to two a days.. i may go back to one a day until i get to a different level.. well once my one workout is capable enough.... cause i do notice i waste 10-20 minutes just warming up each session.. rather than warming up once and using those extra minutes wisely.. but im just at the beginning.. easing me old bear belly...stiff jointss... tired ligaments into it.. juss trying to build slowly so i dont hurt meself n have an excuse not to workout..

this will be the first time training without weights though.. it will be interesting to see how my body reacts...i will use bodyweight and bands.. have a treadmill, new heavy bag and stationary bike fer cardio..... but i dont have free weights/machines here and i aint going to no gym.. theres no bulk phase planning in me 52 weeks.... but i guess if i lose too much muscle mass.. i may switch it up near the end of this 52 weeks and hit the gym or invest in weights to bulk back.. or just bulk up after the 52 weeks..

There are many many ways to implement IF into weight loss plans. The only thing you have to is pick an “eating window” then don’t eat every other time but that. A few tips I’ve read about though are:

1)work your way to an 18 hour fast as soon as you can. The real fasting magic happens after 18 hours.

2) work to a “clean” fast to get better results. During your fast only drink water, plain tea, and/or black coffee. Some people say anything under 50 calories or artificially sweetened zero calorie drinks won’t break the fast. They may still get results but a true “clean” fast will deliver better results

I’ve been at 16:8 for a while and have seen some changes. I work nights though so trying to fit an IF schedule around my work and family schedules is a challenge. I haven’t quite figured out what I’m going to do but I’m happy with how I’m progressing so far

Not saying it doesn't or can't work because I am sure it can.

But if the goal is to get ripped or exceptionally lean, doing what actual fitness models and body builders have done for years and years would not hurt. And what they have traditionally done is eating healthy throughout the day.

so afta a couple of two a days i be going back to one a days..

had been on two 30-45 minute routines.. but managed to get 1 hr and 20 session one and can live with that fer now.. still half assing it in ways but im sweating n my heart rate is jumping at times.. still not doing any exploding activities..

i mean when doing bodyweight squats its just nice and soft.. no jump squats.. no push up claps.. its girl push ups on me knees right now.. im really focused on strengthening those lil fibers everywhere for da long haul.. no explosions on the bag.. its a nice soft gilde step in some punches.. maybe create an angle, punches.. then step out.. or slips bob n weave etc punches.. no exploding in.. no exploding on the bag and exploding out .. its maybe 25-50% power n 50-75% speed... in due time..

im preconditioning before i even start really conditioning if dat makes sense.. me body back in preschool..

after me workout.. mentally and even physically i have way more to give but parts of me aging body in its current condition disagrees.. still though... its progress..

i workout everyday.. and progress lil by lil.. once my time hits a certain level n me body is preconditioned..i will ramp up intensity n pull back on time... then start building time back while keeping da intensity and adding a day of rest in there somewhere.....

day 1 = 8-12 minutes (only bag)... sore hands even with wraps and 12 oz gloves..
day 12 = 80 minutes straight fru. (bag, treadmill, bands (chest, shoulders and arms))

i had complained the new bag was hard.. while it was hard.. my hands were soft bitches.. by day 4 my hands were back to long time agos n the bag aint shit... but the bag is still hard.. jus manned back up and me hands are back to rocks n living again..

66% of Australians are obese. I'm disgusted, but you knew it was going to happen. They have become the fatties of the Pacific

there are fat ppl here... me being included... but i dont see this 70% of males being obese.. i see fat ppl but i see a lot of 5'6-5'9 aussies with biceps bigger than their heads.. by the charts they is overweight.......

its about that propaganda and taxes on mo shit. "taxes on junk food".....

So people that use this and eat 2 meals, lets say lunch at noon and dinner at 8 (maybe a snack in-between). Then then fast from 8 pm to bed time and then skip breakfast. This works well for overweight and out of shape people who do not have a serious strength training program at the gym. It works well for them as long as they still are in a calorie deficit for the entire day. Because if you are not, it is physically impossible to lose weight due to the law of thermodynamics.

People in good shape who are trying to get in great shape and are working out 5-6 days a week at the gym probably need to take in protein and carbs in the morning and evening to ensure they are not losing muscle.

This. I do intermittent fasting because it works for me. I usually fast from 6pm to 12pm and eat in between 12pm and 6pm. 18/6 fasting. I can eat as much as I want but as long as it’s my target caloric intake. I drop weight fast like this. No exercise. Which is just common sense since your eating less calories. But the fasting helps. I usually eat 2 meals. And that’s it. If I was to add exercise to this, I bet I’d lose even more quicker.

The Rock has been shredded for years and years using 7 meals a day. He used to wake up at night to eat. A lot of body builders still do that.

If he switched to Intermittent Fasting, then I am sure he will get great results on that too because he has the dedication to keep a program going for as long as he gets results. That's the main thing. You can go a lot of different ways... Eat a lot in a few meals... eat a small amount in a lot of meals... workout in the morning... work out at night... The important thing is doing what works for you and is something you can keep up with. The best diet for you is the one you are going to stick to. Always remember that.

You have been to USA right? If so, would you say there are more obese people in the USA or Australia?

i dont know how recent the rock was using that specific ratio or if i misunderstood.. perhaps he didnt use it and he told jackman to use it.. but it went back some time.. hugh jackman asked him during the lead up to the first xmen back in 00'..

Chicago is pretty bad but up north into Wisconsin is twice as bad IMO.

When I went to Vietnam, I was there for 2 weeks and saw maybe 5 true obese people the entire trip.

I'm going to be fat after today.

Made about 200 paczki for friends and family. Feel bad for those of you who like them, but buy crappy ones from Weber's or Bennison(or really anywhere, all the good bakeries have died off, sadly).

All of the above. Even my DNA tests don't have a dominant race. If people start paying reparations for racial injustices, I can collect 4 times! But I'll basically be paying myself.
