aussie went all artie lang and hit 300.1 pounds when this started 18 days ago.. weighed at night after dinner at me heaviest weight of the day.... i have broad shoulders n while i noticed i gained i didnt notice in a sense...... shit started from the wifes pregnancy and eating whatever, slowly killing off me exercise and never changing back for nearly 5 years since me sons birth. well and da 9 months of her kfc pregnancy kick.. so pushing 6 years of eating whtever.. i was probably at 215 when she got pregnant...
anyway
while i didnt feel like week one was a workout--- i be lost weight.... probably just through eliminating 3 am cheesy ass nachos with an extra side of cheese dip.
after fully rehydrating after my workout today n eating me roo.. i was at 287.9.. so 12 pounds in 18 days.. eating fairly well.. not starving.. just eating like i use to..... im still saying about 5-7 pounds water weight. the first 20 pounds is always the easiest imo.. water weight and dietary shock by changing shit up.. so 20-25 pounds by the end of day 31 should be pretty easy doing what im doing...... after that, 10-20 pounds a month is my target range..
