aussie went all artie lang and hit 300.1 pounds when this started 18 days ago.. weighed at night after dinner at me heaviest weight of the day.... i have broad shoulders n while i noticed i gained i didnt notice in a sense...... shit started from the wifes pregnancy and eating whatever, slowly killing off me exercise and never changing back for nearly 5 years since me sons birth. well and da 9 months of her kfc pregnancy kick.. so pushing 6 years of eating whtever.. i was probably at 215 when she got pregnant...

anyway

while i didnt feel like week one was a workout--- i be lost weight.... probably just through eliminating 3 am cheesy ass nachos with an extra side of cheese dip.

after fully rehydrating after my workout today n eating me roo.. i was at 287.9.. so 12 pounds in 18 days.. eating fairly well.. not starving.. just eating like i use to..... im still saying about 5-7 pounds water weight. the first 20 pounds is always the easiest imo.. water weight and dietary shock by changing shit up.. so 20-25 pounds by the end of day 31 should be pretty easy doing what im doing...... after that, 10-20 pounds a month is my target range..

Keep it up. Track measurements too. Waistline, chest, biceps, etc.

i dont measure.. i do how clothes fit if im not weighing.. n i usually dont weigh this much unless i was already lower in weight n was tracking water during workouts..

i track progress i can see.. reps gained, sets.. weights added but im not using weights.. even tracking push ups.. this weekly visual diary is new for me..

even at 300 pounds i could do a set of 20 push ups... but they were heavy.. far removed from being able to knock out 120 in a minute.. now its tracking sets til i can crank out 50 with ease then 100 etc..

Ever thought of building a tire drag?

If you are going to have sand bags you already have the weight for it.

Get a free used tire from a service station, put a board in the bottom, drill holes and snake a rope through and put the sand bag on it and pull/drag it up and down the grass/road/dirt.

It will get you some cardio and some legs and core nice thing is that if you need more weight just add another sand bag.

that sounds coo, but nowhere to use one.. id have to drive to use it.... if a parking lot was nearby sure.. i doubt the oldies in the hood would appreciate me dragging something down da street tearing up shitty aussie asphalt.. not tearing up our grass either..

Take pictures of yourself often. That’s the best way to see your progress. And it gives you a lot of motivation when you actually see the results.

thanks fer the supports.. but i aint need motivations... i just needed to make a conscious choice to make a change.. more pictures would be nice probably.. as of now its just every friday.. may add a tuesday to it too idk..

**** couldnt sleep last night so i think the wife got pissed because i aint make it to her friends 1 yr old party... i fell asleep 30 minutes before we were suppose to leave. guess ill hydrate n workout today too.. but at the same time **** that 2 hr drive each way.. and **** dat party..

whats me morning weight when i got up today 283.7

its why i weigh at night after tons of water and several meals.. i consider morning weight a lie..

cause me night weight as of yesterday 289.7

or i could say i lost 18 pounds in 18 days.. it would sound good on a tv advertisement selling roo meat capsules

it could be some fake ass dietary aid if i be telling ppl you can loose 18 pounds in 18 days.. and swaying da data to hit dis target.. original obese night weight vs 18 day morning weight.. so many factors in why im dropping weight quick.. obese, diet shock, water, muscle memory??...i will probably hit a weight loss wall at 250-270 n will need to modify me workouts a tad to keep loosing at a higher rate.. but once i hit 270.. i dont wanna lose too fast.. will introduce pull up bar around there though..

when i get back to 200 etc.. imma try n monetize me fat loss somehow.. lose 100 pounds without going to da gym...but i have a home gym in a sense...... well, lose 100 pounds without picking up dumbells etc......imma help other fat people be they true unfat selves... to belieb in themselves... hate watching fake fat ppl transformations on youtube.. you know the type... super jacked bodybuilder takes a month off type.. like dude gtfo... there are real transformations though.....im gonna do a fat transformation youtube video with a link to me fatsite and me 9.99 ebook and 9.99 ecookbook.. n da 9.99 roo ecookbook..

victory a day... dats da goal people.. win dat battle to win dat fat war... ooorah..

i took yesterday off and it did me body good - victory. felt great today.. for a fibryo fatman anyway.. will starting doing 6 days a week with sundays off n extra meals..

cause i ate mo yesterday.. 8 meals.. still portion controlled. and fruit/veg heavy... but added mo proteins n fat while giving me body a day to ress... was up 20 hours.. so 8 meals ova 20.. i find 20 hrs a more natural clock for me.. fucks up time fer me some times but eh.. slept fer 6.. i will eat 5 meals today... roo burger day.. 2 open roo burgers that is.. patty on a slice of whole wheat.. no top slice of bread.. burgers themselves about 100g a piece at 95 ish calories per patty.. and 1-2 grams of fat.. roughly 20g protein each..

introduced a new thang today....i did some sandbag curls today with a left ova bag of sand i had.. it wasnt a made bag weight but da actual sand left in its original bag..

i ordered me pull up bar.. weight limit is 264, so i wont be using it fer a while still.. doubt i can do any pull ups at 264.. never really could do tons.. rotator cuff issues.. always found chin ups mo easy to do... i could isolate biceps n shit n stay away from me left shoulder.... but since i aint got weights, i will need to rebuild dat old rotator cuff n will start doing reverse pulls once i hit 264... will need the wifes help im sure... its one of those door ones.. comes with brackets... but still... hopefully i aint be falling on me tailbone..

well da wife done be yelling at me.. apparently i thrashed her resistance band gym.. i outstretched them n now da **** dont wanna stay on da door correctly.. now i be gotta buy her a new one.. to be honest hers was some bullshit

so i will be trying one of these, just different brands in oz.. from 39-50 bucks aud.. will let yall know how they go if you wanna add an murican branded kind.. suppose to have up to 200 pounds of resistance with up to three band per hand.. so 100 per hand at da mossstest.

i was be watching youtube to try n find out about these aussie branded jake tower 200s and heard they had cost 200 bucks at one point... fuh dat..

anywho i went looking on usa ebay to see what they cost there now and noticed the one i wore out in basically two weeks of work.. well im at day 19.. but i didnt use it ever day.. maybe 8-9 times.. wife had it fer about a year though..

golds gym.. stay away from it.. straight donkey shit.. aint no real resistancezs anyway.. had to stretch da **** out them n wore dem out juss like dat..... i cant belielb dey is charge 50 usd for dis there.. we pay 29 aud unbranded.. finally something cheaper in aus..

I know it sounds embarrassing for a guy, but you can do pullups with a chair under your feet if you can't do them unassisted yet. There are youtube videos on it. Once you do enough and you get your body weight lower, you will be able to start do them regularly.

you ferguts, you be talking to da boss.. aussie no give no fucks about looking man man.. dumb... stupids etc.

the weight be an issue fer sure. but even when i was lighter had problems doing a lot of pull ups unless i kept my arms at a certain width.. old rotator cuff i never fully rehabbed. because i can do everything hard.. just can throw me hardest nor do many pull up .. especially if i go down fully n hang..so i aint be cared much... this will force me to rebuild

will start rotator cuff exercises while i drop weight.. then like i be said.. will do reverse pulls up n do da 4-4 without da other 4..

may look into a chair.. especially if da wife be busy..

damn loving roo burgers mane.. but i need to go back to me old bean and rice routine.. n spoons of pb on wheat..... i dont just wanna eat meat and mo meat and mo meat..

Aussie if you're at a gym look for a machine that you kneel on for pull ups. It's supposed to make them easier, to eventually do unassisted ones. I never used it but I always see people on it so it must work pretty well.

When my shoulders hurt I just do six sets to failure

A good way to get your reps up other then losing weight is when you can’t do anymore count to ten then continue. Keep doing that until you are able to hit target rep goal. Eventually your body will adapt and strengthen to handle the load

Yeah that's a good one. The more weight you add to the stack, the more it helps you. It's like reverse resistance.

I still use that at 30 lbs if I want to go for a lot of reps. I can only do like 10 by myself.

i used one of those machines in the past.. but i aint be going to da gym.... working out of the house.... so no equipment like that at me house.

its another day... time to claim another victory... no matter the size.. oorah..

forgot to soak me black beans n chickpeas lass night.. so doing a quick soak.. for me new daily bean/peas n rice.. black beans be about 19 g protein per 100 grams n chickpeas also be 19g per 100g.. so will be trying to hit 40-60 g of complete proteins from da beans n rice everyday.. n maybe 20 from tuna/meat or ova fresh fish n seafood options.. then nuts, pb, veg.. no shakes or shit like dat.. but want to keep me protein range from 80-120g depending on what me is doing..

i be just want to drop me meat/fish portion back to one meal a day..

i have managed to cut out most dairy.. only had a lil cheese since dis started.. but will leave me some fer me day off now..

oh if anyone want to be gain mucho weight..

ask for the aussie quiche recipe in ill post it... heavy cream, cheadda cheese n bacon yo.. idk how much of dat i be ate in the lass year.. but i bulked fo sure. too bad i wasnt lifting..

times ta start hydrating n then victory will be mines.
