well it was a victory today... trenches was be getting overran by the fatzis but i managed... held da line and managed to slay a few fatzi - victory.. oorah fat ppl..
idk what today was about..
age, too much of a caloric deficit, not enough protein, not enough carbs.. did too much yesterday..maybe im just really out of shape.. or a combo of everything
felt so good yesterday i pushed meself and worked hard.. was me best workout since starting.. added a sandbag to da mix.. wore out some shitty bands and added n tried to do a few sets of a few pike pushups at me weight n shape... haha they was hard as ****.. my mind remembers being fit but my body is nowhere close to it..
spent session one on the heavy bag draggin ass for 30 minutes.. so i concentrated on form.. low power and low speed..
be dragged ass on the treadmill for another 15 until something in my body got the message i aint be quitting n started burning fat or muscle.. next 15 minutes was decent
second 30 minute heavy bag session was better and won da day..
then light abs, jumping jacks n squats.. no bands cause i done fucked dem up.. hopefully the new ones arrive this week and i don't get stuck having to wait da weekend too..
n hopefully me three a day bean and rice introduction will help... mix rice.. white some meals, brown others.. perhaps brown before bed to load on carbs and white before me workout to get the instant carbs.......... i will figure out what me body is doing..
