Zatarrains Red Beans and Rice is good stuff if they have it there. We usually add sausage to it, but it's not needed.

those are good, but to get them in aus i gotta order them from a specialty shop fer 5-7 dollar a box.. would be okay fer a one time thing but im eating beans n rice twice a day. will make me own red bean n rice at some point.. but i soaked a big thing of black beans, chick peas, and lentils last night.. was gonna go meatless, but will use some roo mince n make some roo black bean chili..

buts.. its more da common sense factor she be lacking dat makes me wanna stranggle someone...... she dont know how to load a plastic bowl.. normally if we have chinese from dis shopping center buffet line thang.. its a one plate buffet that you can load up from everything on da line....... normally i get it.. come home n make some rice n veg..

so she spends basically 50 dolla on three tubs and basically gets the meat equivalent of what i get from one n a quarter bowls... she wasted room with sauce n veg and the bowls werent even bulging..... **** those asians, they make money. you suppose to push the veg n shit to the side n just load up on da meats.. add meat push down add mo meat push down... lid barely fits.. a tub full of meat.. nuffin else.. come home make rice n veg fer 1-2 dolla and bam.. tons of food for a fair value..

guess she gonna be eating chinese fer days.. i took me meagre aint eating much calorie portion n swallowed dat shit like there was no tomorrow.. some of it aint bad.. but some is super suga meats...

dis lack of common sense is trying me beings..

christ i know takeaway chinese got sodium in it.. but that shit was loaded to da max.. i vape n suppose to have dry mouth and dont.. but a lil mongolian beaf, beef n bean etc etc done took me to another level.. mouth was dry during me entire workout.. no amount of water helped.. its like i had a coating of salt around my mouth.. now i be know how cocksucka feel all day n why they wanna get out of it or why they rather take it in da face instead of da mouth..

so yeah either that two day off was too much or a day on the bike did me good.. my quads responded well today.. still weak in the scheme of thing but as strong as they have been this entire time. im thinking two day off in this state is too much..

leaving the electric cords to dry another day or two.. so no treadmill.. just bike n bag.. some abs, pushups, jumping jacks n dancing in place around da bag.. did crank up some 100% power n 100% speed.. took the life out of me.. did 1,2,3 b&w 4,3 repeat x 10.. huffin like a fat asthmatic kid with a two pack a day habit... starring at sum cake.. first time ive tried to explode.. will be adding more in da future.. arms is waiting on me legs n core to catch up//

abs still weak but getting stronga..

no bands today.. noticed lil muscles i burned in me shoulders yestaday were a lil stiff n sore so i left it alone.. could have pushed it but it aint no race...will get back on it tomar..

I'm gonna attempt a muscle up next week. They look easy but they are not. I'm getting over being sick so I'm going light this week and once I feel fine I'm also gonna try that military burpee cardio thing posted before.

muscle ups look like an upper body builder fer sure.. but im unclear on the exact thing u be talking about.. seems to be a couple of exercises.. what u measuring in at the combine.. u a light weight, heavy weight. ....

made dat big pot of roo n bean heavy chili.. its meh.. missing fat, so i made it extra spicy....made it thick too.. its basically spoons of protein n fire..... after freezing that n me brown rice in da portions.. ill have enough food for nearly two weeks and wont really have to cook me anything.. microwave oats.. quick salad..fresh veg... thats it.. nice having shit ready to go.. one less thing to think about..

new month.. month 1 is over.... the preconditioning phase is over. time to push it a lil more....... i didnt weigh myself this morning or tonight.. thats how serious the scale is to me... will weigh in tomar or the day after .. it'll give me 30 days since feb only be gots 28.. just to see the first month flawed talley..

turned me workout up some today.. but its still low on the fator scale.. i started at a 0.1-0.5 week one and ended week 4 at about a 3 out of ten.. moved up to about a four today.. but when you factor in da fat n the shape im in.. it feels like a 6.5/10 with moments of 10/10 using the fat scale..

felt stronger today again.. quads still weak but im carrying weight ive never exercised at before. if i were 60-80 pounds lighter my quads would def be in a better spot.. but eh, they felt the strongest theyve been since starting this. same with abs.. stronger.. just gonna do abs everyday instead of every other.. i think ive preconditioned them enough.. but to be honest, the showing is poor in the bigger inshape picture.. but its okay from where i started, cause ive improved.. thats the goal... brick at a time..

second time using the knockoff jake tower 200.. i think im gaining a new appreciation for it.. rather than have me mind fixated on the plates i aint using.. i took it fer what it is.. n did slow controlled full range movements.. good burn.. still though.. idk how much muscle it could pack on.. some strength.. sure but how much idk.... but i feel it working when i go nice and slow.. 4-4-4 with bands. hopefully it doesnt break and i can see what it does over a couple months n get back to yas..

If you guys lost too much muscle during your cutting let me know I can post a 6-8 week routine that will add muscle fast

so me weigh in ... 281.. up a pound from me last weigh sometime last week .. i think i gained a pound of muscle.. or all the salt in that chinese retained a lil extra water. im thinking muscle cause i feel a lot stronger than i was and me fat tight clothes feel a lil loser in certain areas compared to last week.. idk.. regardless, 19 pounds for 28-29 days is a good start with diet change and sub moderate to moderate training intensity..

goal dis month be 8-15 pounds. would starve meself n try to hit 20-25.. but **** da short term fix.. aiming fer a long term solution.. speking of working it out.. dat time.. may do higher intensity 7-12 3 min rounds today.. had just been working in 20-30 minute blocks with fluctuating intensity n drills.

i take photos every week.. due for one tonight.. i cant tell the difference in the last 3.. wife says she can.. maybe its the lighting.. its not very good.. but i dont see the change.. i feel it, which is more important to me atm. but maybe tonights photo will look a lil different..

whats crazy... before i started me chef gig last jun/july i was at 265. a range where i felt i could get back in shape, so i didnt dread it too much or press at the idea.. buts.. constantly testing they food.. eating they food.. developing cream based shit at home n me drinking issues put on 35 pounds in 6-7 months ....from prior to starting work to weighing in late jan.. what several months can do when you get old or just say **** it eh..

I've been doing pushups every day while the kids shower/take a bath. Did a set of 25, then two sets of 15. Dying, but it feels good.

good luck... i put on a lot working at the restaurant.. cream, oil n butter heavy they were. but if i was lifting trying to bulk.. it would have been good i guess..

note: correction... reweighed @ 280.. so 20 pounds fer da month... after reintroducing the treadmill i seemed to have dropped the extra pound of water weight i wasn't getting from the bike..... but overall.. weight loss was nil from last weeks weight. i know gained some muscle..

aint do rounds today.. was going to but i stuck to whats working and just increased intensity. if i stay in a holding pattern n dont lose weight or feel like i didnt gain muscle.. ill change it up on me body..

place i quit cooking at just lost the head chef.. he done said f them to.. debating opening his own thang in da future and said he'd give me a call if i wanna work.. hopefully it aint fer awhile.. n i aint tasting shit.. or taste n spit..

knock off body by jake tower 200 is fer real. like i be said... idk how much muscle growth one could get from this system.. but it works ye out..

didnt box today.. wanted my arms and upper body 100% to see if the knockoff tower 200 could really burn me out.. since tomar is sunday here.. goal was to burn out upper body n use me off day to recover fully n then get back to boxing monday... then da program will go........ boxing monday-friday.... tues and thursday light-moderate upper body bands and then sat another band burnout etc etc etc...

so i did 30 minute warmup on the treadmill and blasted me arms, shoulders, chest and back on da non branded tower 200 fer 25-30 minutes straight of me band circuit using great form n control..... going from exercise to exercise.... i was fucking spent.. i could barely do push ups after i was done.. well being out of shape helps with that too.....while i didnt get that im pushing/pulling weight feeling... me body felt like they did after the fact

i would recommend one of these if you cant get to da gym and only got a door fer space.. or u dont wanna spend big money..... im sure you can find the aussie non branded ones for 50 bucks aud (38 usd).. well looking at usa ebay.. i see a used one branded one fer 30 or best offer and other branded bb jakes starting at 50 usd. id probably get a new one unless u cant spare it.. plus best offer may go fer 20 something.. but its also broken in a part.. nix that..

so i learned me lesson... da chinese food lesson wasnt enough.. my cheat meal dun led to me gaining 6 pounds over two days.. all da sodium in dat frozen thin crust pizza, da large amount of extra cheese, da salamii, da beef bacon.. i may cheat mo in da future, but no mo high sodium processed shit..

its not because i be retained 6 pounds of water.. it was da rest.. dragged ass today.. mentally was down.... muscles felt like shit, even though i had plenty of energy.. my body felt extra inflamed too. probably shit that you dont worry about when you are younger. i swear me shoulder muscles were waterlogged.. took 50 minutes of half assing between the bag, treadmill and bike for them to come corrects after i flushed out some water.... then exercised a lil better da rest of da time,;'[]

i had to work longer, because i couldn't get me body to work harder... me shittest workout since last tuesdays shitty one.. i managed to lose 4 lbs of that water.. however, im thinking it wont stabilize for a few days to a week of ultra clean eating n consistent water intake levels.. i slacked on water the past two days too..

also, no more planned days off fer awhile.. my sunday led to being interrupted on monday and two days in a row.

winter is coming to aus soon.. imma need a sauna sweat top to wear under a hoodie...cause the sun room gets cold in da winter.. n i like to sweat..

me wife noticed the difference before i did, visually.. it took until the last photo after week 4 for me to tell.. she could tell by the second photo.. shes the photographer......however, i noticed first physically.. certain fat clothes loosened.... and i could feel a slight difference after week one. i can really notice after 4-5 weeks..

i was 265 last july before taking on that chef gig and i haven't bought any new clothes.. another 14 pounds and ill be where i was before i gained a lot in a short amount of time. it took about 6-7 years to gain 40-50 ish pounds and then about 7 months to gain 35.

woke at 279 today, so i flushed another pound of the extra water, but after i hydrate ill add at least 2 pounds back.. like i said, itll take a few days to readjust and normalize the water weight.. good thang its not just about the scale or id cry and fat binge.
