so i learned me lesson... da chinese food lesson wasnt enough.. my cheat meal dun led to me gaining 6 pounds over two days.. all da sodium in dat frozen thin crust pizza, da large amount of extra cheese, da salamii, da beef bacon.. i may cheat mo in da future, but no mo high sodium processed shit..
its not because i be retained 6 pounds of water.. it was da rest.. dragged ass today.. mentally was down.... muscles felt like shit, even though i had plenty of energy.. my body felt extra inflamed too. probably shit that you dont worry about when you are younger. i swear me shoulder muscles were waterlogged.. took 50 minutes of half assing between the bag, treadmill and bike for them to come corrects after i flushed out some water.... then exercised a lil better da rest of da time,;'[]
i had to work longer, because i couldn't get me body to work harder... me shittest workout since last tuesdays shitty one.. i managed to lose 4 lbs of that water.. however, im thinking it wont stabilize for a few days to a week of ultra clean eating n consistent water intake levels.. i slacked on water the past two days too..
also, no more planned days off fer awhile.. my sunday led to being interrupted on monday and two days in a row.
winter is coming to aus soon.. imma need a sauna sweat top to wear under a hoodie...cause the sun room gets cold in da winter.. n i like to sweat..
