I've done bad since the holidays, time to reverse course hard for me.

Will be lifting, cardio, and low carb to start. Also alcohol.

also alcohol? drinking or not drinking. better to start now then 7 months from now.. who knows where that 7 months could take ye. if i started out at 265.. id be preparing to start running in another 5-10 pounds or so

todays workout was decent.. wore some extra gear to overheat me body to sweat n work harder..me body wasnt ready fer it.. left me huffin n puffin.... my body runs better in the cool.. though ive trained in extreme heat in the past 110+.. perfect weather fer me body is about 65-70 with a nice steady rain... i can run all day in dat shit..

shoulders reacted much better today after getting all that extra water out them muscles..

probably wont do measurements much, especially since i aint lifting lifting n bulking.. but may do another in a couple of months..

out of shape and 5 weeks into diet or lifestyle change.. basically natural build now.. no long time ago heavier lifting muscles left on me..

being me shoulders is wide, its part of the reason i never really noticed the fat i be gots as much.. hides me belly/waist some..

I do not really want to stop drinking, just prefer to make it more for celebrations rather than "oh it is tuesday, lets have some beers."

Rather have my distraction be lifting and exercise than television and alcohol.

yeah i went from nearly drinking every other day or everyday while working to nothing. havent really drank since i quit cooking at dat restaurant. there is alcohol here but i don't feel da need. i guess as long as you kept super hydrated, drinking every now and then wouldnt be bad. guess it depends on your goals and where you are at physically already..

on the body front... i may need to take a day off mid week.. all the extra gear pushed me body hard yesterday.. i feel so fucking sore n a lil parched today. lost 4 pounds water from yesterday to today.. so im at 275.. probably where id would have been at had i not gained 6 pounds of it during that sodium binge.. like i be said, i was trying to flush water yesterday.. n i did just dat. be the sorest me body has felt in 5 weeks. maybe ill just cut the grass n treadmill fer awhile..

neway... been adding basa to da lifestyle.... its fattier than other low fat fish options but i still need me daily fat....... .. be a se asian catfish.. i like it

mang, ive had me calories off this whole time by a lot. i was doubling checking shit and noticed i pulled numbers from some cooked name brand processed canned bean, which are way higher.. it fucked me numbers by 600 cals or me meals....i thought those number i saw were high from memory.. fucked up me oats a tad too but not by much..

i thought i was already low at around 15-1700 with me normal meals, but in reality, im as low as 900-1100 depending if i skip food or not ... wtf. what sucks is, im full as is. so i gotta add in bigger meals or a liquid/shake of some sort. guess ill up me rice and beans somehow or maybe just add a few spoons of olive oil per day..

weighed in at 274 yesterday. so i be down 26 pounds in 39 days..

energy is there, strength keeps getting better.. slowly but better.. so idk how long i could maintain this super low calorie diet... but it explains the bag under me eyes the last three days..

yeah the beans in question were over 300 cals per 100 gram in that can.. being off 200 cals per serving adds up.. now i gotta up me food.. or dirty it up a tad..

weird last week and a bit.. dat sodium bomb fucked shit up. i aint going no sodium, just no huge numbas like that again........then life n family got in the way of a couple workouts n one half assed rushed one... i tried to modify water intake n drink less.. but goin back to what i was doing.. **** other opinions on dat... raised me cals the past few days.. be weighed 272 today..

so i be basically lost 2.4 pounds since the 8th...6 days, nearly a week.... a more realistics numba imo.. dis will push me towards that low 8-10 pound per month a mim numba i need to hit while losing..

7 mo pounds and ill be back to me last chef gig weight. but built slightly differently. i feel like i be gained muscles n toned up some.. so i'll definitely be a different 265 dis time..

finally added light running to me treadmill for spurts.. i had been speed walking.. fast enough to where i could jog if i did... but been running for a few minutes at a time during me walk.. still building up i guess.. trying to deal with suspected tendonitis in me left ankle... getting old mane.. shit be starts to hurt when i runs too much n it fucks up me second heavy bag session.. im not out of breath..

anyway.. victory being claimed most days.. 28 pounds down....clothes fitting better..... strength n energy up.. doing bloods in a few weeks to see all me levels of thangs....

its a start.. be on pace fer 40 pounds over two real months... but pace has slowed and will really slow towards the end of day 60 im sure.

Weight Loss, exercise routine has done nothing for the fibro.. nothing for the insomnia... anxiety nada etc... has improved parts of me mood dough.. i do notice dat endorphin release on days i workout vs the dropping mood on the days i take off.. nothing really new or very recent except mo fat.. well, high bad cholesterol, btu i gotz good cholesterol too. im sure when i do me new bloods the bad will correct.. oh yeah and this suspected tendonitis in me left ankle is new.

actually, me wifes views are changing and her diet has changed over the last few days. she is now demanding to eat exactly what i be eating. now i just gotta hit that 100 pound weight loss mark and convince about 100,000 youtube peopless to buy me 9.99-19.99 e-book and 4.99-9.99 e-cookbook.....

dat weird week follow by a few bad days of insomnia..about 11 hours worth of sleep... did workout 2 (2 band days included) of the three days n will push a session today.. weight loss stalled during this time..may be extra water..improper recovery....idk..... but arms look bigger to me this week.. maybe less fat around dem.. idk........gonna ride this out fer a couple of weeks before changing up some thangs if need be..

bands aint no joke when worked enough.. my muscle really feeling it..

i be bypassed me ego n accessed me being n assessed myself..

instead of being like.. well i am tired.. aint be getting much sleep.. maybe i aint recovering....... thats bs.. cause i never get much sleep....or maybe water this and that..but no extra carbs or sodium....... maybe i gained muscle and lost sum fat for all i know.. i still dont have a clear cut answer for the 3-4 day stalemate......but what i do know is this...

i be caught meself going fru da motions.

i be traced it back to last week when me family stuff be got in the way.. me family life caused two off days and a half assed work out. but thats life.. i need to better prioritize thangs when i know we be got family engagements to deal wiff... i did let it affect me performance...

me emos.....led to dat half ass workout and i brought it in to every workouts since.. well except for the bands... cause i havent cheated the bands........... ive peaked on the treadmill until i can actually run... i could go longer and add more time i guess or add more incline... but incline triggers the ankle too..well past 3....... however, being the heavy bag is me main attraction.. that what i focus on...but slacking....throws shit out of whack imo..

i didnt really notice, cause i was still getting a good sweat rolling and i could feel me heart going. but i stopped pushing last weak.. me goal is to get in shape.. not maintain..

once i caught mesely today.....i punished meself ... pushed a lot harder during second session of da bag n really felt me heart pumping.. felt good..

failed frontal fat attack..... assessed....planned mo better... flanked the motions.... victory claimed..

so apparently i be in a stall/whoosh period if dat shit is real..

i nevers been this fat losing weight.. i got dis fat of course.. but i never been dis fat and lost weight.. like i be said, i seem to be in a stalemate the past few days... i assumed i was slacking..

anyway, today i noticed my fat in me belly feels soft and squishy while i measured me waist.. it be down 2 inches from da lass time i measured like 10-11 days ago.... went looking fer why me fat be so damn soft n weird feeling.. hard to explain how it feels.... but dats when i came across the stall whoosh effect..

what be confuse me is i keep seeing dis with low carb/keto shit.. i hover around 150 g of carbs a day.. borderline low i guess.. low carb is from 50-150g if iirc..

anyway idk if dis shit be real.. but one recommendation is to drink some alcohol. may have to try that if i dont get a whoosh in the next week or so.....

anyway.. i guess i will see if the whoosh is real or not.. or juss some bs pipe dream shit peeps made up

Keto is 50 or less per day, and to get xferred over to keto more quickly you actually want to go down in the 20 range for the first week.

Once you flop over it is fairly easy to maintain, it is hard to get flopped over tho, low energy hard to sleep blah blah blah.

Yes, that flop over period is the worse, for me the first 3 days the 3rd being the worse, feels like body is running on fumes. I haven't had trouble sleeping though.

I haven't had much trouble with sleep either, but my wife says she tosses and turns until about the fourth night then she is good to go.

mane.. i cant sleep as is..**** more stress

been trying to fix me sleep all week... went to bed at 5pm last night n got up at 1 am.. bed time was 2 pm the day before n woke at 8pm.....will try to sleep at 8pm tomorrow and start getting up at 2-4 am.. the only window me body likes and can keep, has always been going to bed at 8 pm... my wake up time will vary between 2-4 am no clock.. but if i miss that 8pm window even just one day.. even after months of sleep at 8pm.. it will **** up me cycle for weeks... n then ill either juss stay up for me 20+ hour cycles (with 2-6 hrs sleep afta fer weeks) or fight to naturally build to 8pm again..
