mang, ive had me calories off this whole time by a lot. i was doubling checking shit and noticed i pulled numbers from some cooked name brand processed canned bean, which are way higher.. it fucked me numbers by 600 cals or me meals....i thought those number i saw were high from memory.. fucked up me oats a tad too but not by much..
i thought i was already low at around 15-1700 with me normal meals, but in reality, im as low as 900-1100 depending if i skip food or not ... wtf. what sucks is, im full as is. so i gotta add in bigger meals or a liquid/shake of some sort. guess ill up me rice and beans somehow or maybe just add a few spoons of olive oil per day..
weighed in at 274 yesterday. so i be down 26 pounds in 39 days..
energy is there, strength keeps getting better.. slowly but better.. so idk how long i could maintain this super low calorie diet... but it explains the bag under me eyes the last three days..
