Really just trying to help you from the beginning but everything you come back with is either stuff that makes no sense or these completely fabricated things you put in your own head, I guess to help you cope.

The funniest thing is how you'd refer to me as starving when I was easily taking in more calories than the 5 or 6 girly meals you were posting. I was just taking them all in a much smaller time window.

Here's the type meal plan you posted:
meal 1...apple, orange, peach 4 saltines.
meal 2.. tuna on whatever whole bread we be got..
meal 3.. grapes n apple
meal 4.. roo, brown rice n veg heavy.. broccoli, peas, cauliflower.. green beans
meal 5.. small portion of oats n goji berries

I would be starving if I ate like that but I did not. I've mentioned what I'd be eating while losing all the weight in 1 month and can guarantee it's more calories and more satiating than that. I ate a lot of fatty things and as everyone knows, fat is more calories than carbs and protein. 1 gram of protein and 1 gram of carbs are both about 4 calories while a gram of fat is 9. I avoided sandwiches and fruit cause bread has no redeeming value and most is too high in simple carbs and too much sugar in fruit. The only fruit I had more than 1 or 2 times during the whole month was avocados which are very high in fat and very low in net carbs. Had meat every day, either chicken, steak or a burger w/cheese on it. Had a lot of eggs and bacon. Would say I easily consumed over 120 grams of just fat per day. My veggies of choice were broccoli and spinach and even those low carb/low fat foods got a good amount of butter put on them as did my potato of choice which was usually sweet potato if any. It worked cause I restricted my eating to very small windows and all that food is very nutritious and with there being so much fat, I had no struggle not eating outside of the allotted window cause I never got that hungry.

last known meals on me plan... this aint everyday but it was a good go to menu... precooked package n stored chili/rice/salads/boiled eggs fer duh week so i didnt really have to cook most days..would cook big on sunday..... all i would cookcook on a normal day is me oats and side of veg or something different for the fam if the wife wasnt up to cooking..

a decent heavy protein, borderline low carb (but def over, aint trying to go low carb) by the numbers and decent healthy fat intake plan.. had a good ratio fer me macros for what i was be wanting..

i could of added an oil based dressing for salad and not drank it.. but didnt want a habit to form if i went elsewhere with me diet.. gave me wiggle room to adjust... plus the oiled but drained sardines coats da leaf as is... i alternate between that and flavored tuna or just oiled tuna.. n some fresh fish days..... also gotz steel-cut oats on deck if i want

drank tons of water all day afta 2 cups of coffee fer breakfast.. ...

it was a lot of eating but not a lot of food.. bulking is even mo food.. or different foods to hit those higher cals easier... but i was training fer up to 2+ hours 5-6 days a week.. need fuel/protein not to kill off muscles too fast.. ive accepted losing what muscles i still gots in the process of fat blasting, but i just dont wanna give them away, be trying to protect as much as i can..

i slowed cause its natural to slow afta the initial surge.. as i was be ebloggin.. i be said i was waiting fer the slow down... was looking to hit a healthy weight loss target of 2-3 pounds a week and keep me month at roughly 8-12 pounds lost.. 15 at most... i was building strength n reactivating/building muscles.... plus i was overtraining towards the end n not recovering like i did when i was young.. i can admit that... so i got me some creatine on deck for the next phase to aid in recovery..

Not sure that last meal plan coincides very well with a 2 hour a day workout. Generally would want more carbs over protein before and after such a long workout. I'm also a proponent of the less is more theory when it comes to workouts. 2 hours way too long. Short bursts stringed together over a much shorter time period is more beneficial, I think.

Creatine probably not the best idea either. It can cause weight gain and does not help with the kind of recovery I think you're referring to. If lifting heavy weights and such it will help recovery during the workout possibly letting you do extra sets here and there but does nothing to prevent or even shorten the muscle soreness you feel afterwards from day to day. The things that would help with that are more rest between workouts, drink lots of water, applying heat or ice to affected muscles, stretching and shit like that. I think all those workout supplements are mostly bullshit, possibly only the least bit beneficial to the bodybuilder type.

creatine be one of the few possible not complete bs thangs.. but some ppl dont respond to it.. n once you off it.. that charge be gone .. so atp be bogus.. theories yeah but ive been on the creatine before and have felt the difference with and without especially during back to back to back daily extended workouts..... it be doing sumin.. workout hard on nothing, workout hard on caffeine, workout hard on some creatine and workout hard on caffeine n creatine n then come back n tell me... oh thats right, you dont workout and now is be telling me how to workout me body too.. you that bored or dat sad?

i got me carb load in the morning .. i worked out after breakfast n meal two basically.. then i got some carb back with the post workout double rice.. 2 hours is too long depending on intensity.. 2 hours is also fine depending on the shit you be doing.. me program has several different things i was doing.. if i limited it to just boxing or just treadmill or just bands etc.. i could easily cut that time down n crank up intensity... however i would be doing a combination and some times every activity for the day since i had the free time.. however once life be factors into time, i will adjust

some like to work on an empty stomach in da morning others like to eat first.. i like to eat n get dat caffeine boost first.. especially if it gonna be longer workouts.... if the workout is 30-60 mins i may just snack on something light like i have in duh past... even if its just an apple, banana or an orange, but somin... the only time ive ever worked on on a empty stomach was in basic training.. my body adjusted but once i could eat n then train afta basic i felt much mer stronger during me own pt'ing.. goes back to me motto.. do what be works fer ya.. n moderate carb loading before doing bag drills n the such works fer me n many other boxers..

i had the energy most days n the caffeine boosts did wonders til the end when me excuses got the better of me... it was the muscle recovery n overtraining fer me condition that was an issue if anything.. i swear me triceps never recovered fully during the two months of abuse.. i aint even push me body like i did when i was young n in shape, i just couldnt being so fat n out of shape, but i pushed it pretty good fer its faT n out of shape condition....me recovery now at a few weeks to 40 is nowhere near me entire 20s... may need to go get on some hgh n grow my head bigger so i can feel like i got all the answers

yes, i eat when im asleep.... dats how fat and undisciplined i be is.

He does an hour of cardio 6 days a week on the treadmill, stairmaster or elliptical and sometimes hits the street for a long run.

Synthetic HGH won't make you smarter but listening to me surely will.
