post some pics and keep updating those pics fer the next year or two.... or is u just a cultist fraud.. dont forget to add a spartan photo in the photo and a bears hat or sumin.. lets see yo system used in action or a long period.. or is u juss talk...
If it helps your own self image any to think I'm 350, then be my guest cause I don't really give a damn. Really just trying to help you from the beginning but everything you come back with is either stuff that makes no sense or these completely fabricated things you put in your own head, I guess to help you cope.
The funniest thing is how you'd refer to me as starving when I was easily taking in more calories than the 5 or 6 girly meals you were posting. I was just taking them all in a much smaller time window.
Here's the type meal plan you posted:
meal 1...apple, orange, peach 4 saltines.
meal 2.. tuna on whatever whole bread we be got..
meal 3.. grapes n apple
meal 4.. roo, brown rice n veg heavy.. broccoli, peas, cauliflower.. green beans
meal 5.. small portion of oats n goji berries
I would be starving if I ate like that but I did not. I've mentioned what I'd be eating while losing all the weight in 1 month and can guarantee it's more calories and more satiating than that. I ate a lot of fatty things and as everyone knows, fat is more calories than carbs and protein. 1 gram of protein and 1 gram of carbs are both about 4 calories while a gram of fat is 9. I avoided sandwiches and fruit cause bread has no redeeming value and most is too high in simple carbs and too much sugar in fruit. The only fruit I had more than 1 or 2 times during the whole month was avocados which are very high in fat and very low in net carbs. Had meat every day, either chicken, steak or a burger w/cheese on it. Had a lot of eggs and bacon. Would say I easily consumed over 120 grams of just fat per day. My veggies of choice were broccoli and spinach and even those low carb/low fat foods got a good amount of butter put on them as did my potato of choice which was usually sweet potato if any. It worked cause I restricted my eating to very small windows and all that food is very nutritious and with there being so much fat, I had no struggle not eating outside of the allotted window cause I never got that hungry.
