When Poles replaces Cunningham with some young and eager person and that person is just as good and gets a gm gig 2 years later the nfl just says FU, no picks for your organization because the skin color is white?

What if that person were the first woman to be a nfl gm....or since it's the current rage; the first tranny to be a nfl gm???
