Your married friends are cowardly complaining to you rather than having an honest discussion with their wives and even admitting to infidelity, but the wives are selfish and totally deserve it?
On the .0001% chance one of these "men" went to their wives and had a real discussion about the extra weight and how it is effecting their relationship and how this can be handled together as the partners they are and the wife's response was: "**** off...I'll do what I want." Then that man is pretty ignorant himself for not realizing he was marrying such a selfish person.
The real reality is that "bitching" to your friends and acting out behind someone's back is far easier than being honest with someone you made a lifetime commitment to.

Didn't you read my post where I said they have talked to their wives and they say they don't care? I would say that is around 80% of them do talk to them. How is that .0001 percent again? Sometimes people change. Girls that use to be disciplined and fit earlier in life slack off later on. It happens. Or they just work harder before marriage and then once it happens then they slack off. This is a reality.
You do realize that the divorce rate is above 50% right?! Don't you think some people get divorced because they aren't compatable sexually anymore? If you don't then ask a sex therapist what he thinks.

Sooo about your wrong assumptions that made you look soo smart.......glad you could address that like a man. Typical. I expected that. If one finds a hot girl that is caring and disciplined then this is not an issue. I'm sure a few members on here are with such a gem and satisfied. Just because that may differ with your situation, do not assume....incorrectly...that is the way it is.
Maybe you need to get out a little more because when most of the women I hang out with or even meet at events, that are of all ages, see a guy fighting with his spouse who is bitchy fat girl that starts fights with a handsome fit guy, they have said the words "why does such a nice guy put up with that.....he can get soo much better...he should DUMP THAT ***** so they would be happier".

I just did not believe they really talked to them unless it was in some terrible context like "Hon...I can't have sex with you anymore because of all this weight you are gaining. You need to do something about it."
If they are in shape...they should involve their wives in their gym/running/biking trips. They should be more invested in trips to the grocery store and what kind of food you are both eating (and don't buy a bunch of stuff that says "diet" on it).
If they really approached their wives with solutions for them both to participate in and were completely honest and sincere with their wives and the response was "Don't care!"...they married horrible women.
In context of the OP...these wives were hot at one time, so maybe your friends looked past the fact she was a selfish **** because that body would not quit. In that case...your friends are shortsighted and shallow. Get new ones.
It is been that high for sometime now because people get married for all the wrong reasons. Not because one got fat and selfish. Any decent sex therapist will tell you the problem usually is that they were never sexually compatible in the first place...if that is the case. Otherwise they would tell you what I just said above...honest discussion and teamwork.
People do change physically, but personality and other mental traits change very little. So your friends are taking no responsibility or they married very irresponsible people...either way they can only blame themselves.

I would have much rather had my ex wife gain some weight then her become 100% selfish in all aspects of life. I still would have been attracted to her if she gained weight. Selfish people are fucking ugly not matter what they look like.
