Look, obviously the Blackhawks are up against the wall in a big way...but it can be done. The Hawks can take 3 games here. Have a little faith, I mean, the worst hasn't happened yet. They haven't officially been eliminated.

There is nothing to be optimistic about. I would love to be wrong. This team isnt good enough, they just arent.

They were going to have a hard time with hossa against them, now hossa gone and down 3-1. we can start the offseason thread early imo

Everyone knows what the reality is. It isn't looking good. Anyone can tell you that.

the goaltending hasnt been a glaring problem. the defense has played horrible the last 2 games. but i forgot your an emery fan

How does that happen though? He just got fresh money, and is supposed to be the guy. That can not fucking happen.

He cashed in on a decent rookie season before the book was out on him. Good playoff series = $.

Slow/Bad to make necessary adjustments this season.

I just don't know what to grasp at for a sign of optimism. I'm not ready to give up on a team after they rebounded from a 3-0 hole last year ... but last year they had a good PP and Crawford was playing much, much better.

I just can't find something to make me believe that Game 5 is going to be different.

whether you and I are opposites on that front, it doesnt swing the team either way....the players need to be optimistic. i dont want the hawks to end so early thats all. it was frustrating watching the PP sleep, and than the defense looking lost all game long.

why because of the timing of the goal? he gave up 2 goals before OT that werent his fault. and the third can be argued as well.

I was hoping that this team, which is better than last year and playing a worse team in the playoffs than last year, could win a single playoff series considering this is really year 1 of the rebuild.

I'm disappointed and would like to see some coach shuffling.

O'Donnell with a bad idea to pinch.

Leddy over-pursues as the only guy back and gives Boedker and open lane to the net.

Crawford doesn't put his paddle down and lets the puck slide underneath.

So frustrating.
