Coach of the year = not enough credit
I want us to fire Gar/Hoiberg and beg Thibs to return.
I would try like hell to trade Rose for a lottery pick and a couple of good young players and an expiring contract.
um yes he did/does
its so funny to me watching ppl act like thibs was some underdog that had all the answers but was unappreciated by everyone and was done wrong by the powers that be...its absolutely hilarious
48 minutes in a preseason game...how about that smelling salt? it wake you up? thibs was good but flawed coach hopefully he improved his flaws some and i wish the best for him at his next stop (Minnesota would be awesome)
Please find the team willing to give up good young prospects for RoseI would try like hell to trade Rose for a lottery pick and a couple of good young players and an expiring contract.
What is funny about that? What do you think that they could get for Rose. They would need a matching contract to do a deal, right. One of the "couple" of good young players could be a draft pick., right?

Coach of the year = not enough credit
Yeah. Not ENOUGH credit is correct. Clearly Reinny didn't give him enough credit. Clearly his bosses didn't give him enough credit. And as for the fans, many just criticize his pushing his players too hard and even blame THibs for the injuries sustained. While on that subject, with the so-called player's coach, Hoiberg.......... Mirotic, Rose, Butler, and Noah all sustained multi-week injuries under the new regimeWhere is the outcry about that?
And a lottery pick!
I bet they're all just lining up to make the deal and stupid GarPax won't make da deal![]()

:hawked:
Not many teams will want Rose. And there's no way the Bulls are getting a lottery pick for Rose.

And if you looked at the situation of all the teams you're mentioning, none of those teams are getting an improvement by trading for Rose, so why bother? You just do not get it. The salary cap is going to expand greatly. Their are teams who are young and hungry and want to take the next step. In the West, the GOlden State Warriors are the big kid on the block and are not going away. The Clippers, Spurs, Dallas, Kings, even the Lakers (who will have a lot of cap room when Kobe leaves next year, know that they need to improve. Rose is, right now, a good player and I believe that has value in trade.IF we had a GM/Pres that was worth a shit, this could happen.

The clippers have Chris Paul, they don't want Rose. The Celtics wish to stay young and healthy, also don't need Rose.
The Spurs don't make trades and neither do the Bulls.
Also the Bulls aren't God awful in free agency. They have signed guys, just not the top tier, and really only the Lakers, Magic, Heat, and Cavs have ever signed top tier free agents.
