Lots if young undisciplined position players but tons of holes on the pitching staff next year (2 In the rotation and about 3 in the pen).....somebody is going to have to be moved off the ml roster (Baez Russell happ schwarber) and a grinder/obp leadoff type of needs to be signed

While Maddon does some things that make a lot of folks scratch their heads he has had the Cubs in 3 straight NLCS. He is far from perfect and I would be the first to say the Cubs won the WS in spite of a couple of bazar moves but I still maintain they are a better team with him than without him. He is not out there pitching and hitting. Scoring 2-1-1 runs is not going to win you a lot of games.

Gotta love the fucking bandwagon jumpers....yeah, he's terrible. All he's done in 3 years is 3 final fours, around 300 wins and a World Series. He should be fired immediately.
