So if you open the bun accidentally from the wrong side and it breaks apart into two separate pieces, and then you put cheese and relish on your hotdog does it then magically transmogrify into a sandwich?

Mexican food is not that hard to make.... why don't you open a Mexican restaurant... if you do that cuisine right you could make a killing.
Make your own tortillas.... make the meat fillings from scratch.... make the pico/guac/salsa.... the rest is pretty much filling/stuffing/grilling/frying and dropping it on a plate.
