Not gonna lie, sorta bothers me people degrading Heyward by calling him "4-3." I get the frustration and all but A) Heyward is a very high character guy and B) he's an extremely hard worker. It's not like he's some douchebag who's not trying to get better. If anything, he's the type of guy you should root for to turn things around if you believe in karma anyways.
I also love his attitude but that isn't the point. I work for possibly the nastiest company in the world and you get a very short leash on performance. But performance is all that matters. Want a friend then get a dog. I have been a Cubs fan well over 50 years and I'm tired of this shit. In the end I dont' care who has to get cut or traded or benched or have their $180M contract feelings hurt. So if 4-3 cant fix this then maybe he could be a nice guy and opt the **** out of his contract so we can replace him with a real baseball playerNot gonna lie, sorta bothers me people degrading Heyward by calling him "4-3." Talk to Heyward about his redundant playing. I just echo what I see. Wear a helmet

Get a helmet. Dont blame me that you don't understand the obligations of high performance environmentsLying makes you sterile.
You missed the point by a mile. Employment is a two sided obligation. The Cubs met their obligation 4-3 Heyward has not met his.If you're pissed off about the $180 mil contract then point your frustration at the front office not Heyward. He didn't make them offer that sort of money.
Watching Baez pitch is painfully slow :-/
