Again you are ducking the comp.

Fowler proved to not be a quality before and after his tour with the Cubs. He proved to be adaquate at best. But he brought a OBA near .400.

Heyward's OBA is better at .422 and he is a better quality glove off position than Fowler was on position. Again if he was this quality CF he would be there now.

So again if Almora just gets hot again and pushes his BA over .300 this point becomes moot. But if he is scraping at .260 with no OPS for shit the glove is equal to 4th OF

It a useless and stupid comparison and nobody cares....
You can fantasize and put Heyward as an everyday CFer like you've been the last 2 years all you want, it ain't happening ..
Like fantasizing that Schwarber gonna be a regular catcher again, not happening

104 innings in CF and 120 in RF disagrees with you. Thanks for playing Strawman

IDK about that. I think it is already happening. Almora holds a career .757 OPS. Russell .704. you can't afford to push out a UI and a 4th OF on a everyday basis and be taken seriously.

Trust me change will happen if these guys continue to not produce at the plate.

Ump squeezing Darvish

He is missing. Low and away and he makes faces and gestures as if squeezed, but they were balls.

Now he has quickly turned an early 1-0 lead into a blowout. Can’t retire wong and wacha.

Pathetic.

Score is worse than the performance. I mean Darvish hasn't looked amazing but the cards have a lot of hits that were borderline plays the cubs could have made. Also ump hasn't really been helping Darvish.

I'm really growing tired of him. Not sure how much more of him I can take.

So it's interesting they are paring darvish with davis again. I mean could just work out that days of rest is time but does make me wonder if my initial thought of those to working together game plan wise than darvish and contreras.

This davis dude has no business being in mlb
