Ump calling strike 2 on Baez changed that at bat. Good 3 or 4 inches off the inside.

I haven't been paying a ton of attention but there were some curves Hendricks threw in the 2nd or 3rd that looked good to me but were called balls. So, doesn't surprise me to hear someone say he's not calling the best game ever.

LA broadcast just said the cubs rotation is the first since I believe the 72 dodgers to bring a full staff era under 3.17 at the start of June.

Hell of a day for Hendricks. Not sure if they give him the 9th or not at 101 pitches but he's been great the past two starts. Really only made that one mistake to Thompson all day.
