Mookie Betts was close last year. He had well over 100 runs scored and almost 80 RBI. But I understand your point. Until the Cubs have a better, or at least viable option, I don't see what's wrong with going with Rizzo at lead off.

Brewers about to blow a chance to take the lead. Down 1 had bases loaded with 1 out.

Not no more. Braun just hit a grand slam. 7-4 9th inng

Brewers picked up 5 games in 6 days on the Cubs last week. Now they're picking up 3 games in 5 days this week against the Cards. Those guys were pretty much done a few weeks ago but now are the hottest team. even w/o Yelich.

Wouldnt be shocked at all if they win the division

Nothing but teams 20-30 games under. 500 left on their schedule

2 games back of Cards with 7 games remaining against them.

A hot stretch to end this season will be epic.

All you guys cheering the Brewers may live to regret that in a few weeks. Wouldn't surprise me if the Cards, Brewers, and Nationals all finish above the Cubs.

IF the cubs get into the post season, Hoerner can't be on a playoff roster right?
